As part of the growing Revenue Operations team, the Marketing Operations Manager plays a vital role in supporting the operational excellence of Ionicโs Marketing organization. In this cross-functional role, the candidate will have ownership over significant operations in the marketing technology stack and will work closely with stakeholders from across the organization to strategize, organize, enable, and expand capabilities that support evolving marketing goals. This person is responsible for the strategy, development, execution, optimization, and analytics of global campaigns, working with internal stakeholders, including Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams as well as external agencies.\n\nOutcomes\nIn your role youโll be measured on your ability to:\n\nโข Orchestrate campaign and content development across a network of contributors and stakeholders\nโข Architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs for the stages of the buyerโs journey\nโข Align with stakeholders to assess needs, perform gap analysis, and build a roadmap for new technology and capability development\n\nResponsibilities \nYour areas of ownership will include:\n\nโข Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated campaign strategies\nโข Create optimized programs to generate adoptions and leads at scale across a number of audience segments\nโข Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns\nโข Help administer and be a subject matter expert for all Marketing Technology in our stack\nโข Ensure effective and efficient design of technology stack and related processes\nโข Help administer and be a subject matter expert for all Marketing Technology in our stack\nโข Maximize value provided by each tool, and manage integration between tools\nโข Monitor health and data hygiene of operational systems\nโข Proactively plan and organize system maintenance\n\nRequirements\nTo be successful in this role, you will need:\nโข Experience in marketing operations \nโข Experience with campaign reporting and data analysis\nโข Experience working with Hubspot, Marketo, or Eloqua (Hubspot is preferred)\nโข Demonstrated expertise in building mature marketing technology stacks, integrating marketing tools to support business objectives, and establishing scalable processes\nโข Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills\nโข Natural drive for innovation and creative problem solving\nโข Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus\n\n\nLocation\nFully remote, Ionic is currently a 100% remote workforce and was largely distributed prior to the pandemic (more than half the team did not work from the office).
