You will be working closely with Technology, Product BI teams, but also interacting and building relationships with other Vimeo departments. Technology department is focusing on best in class video quality, building stable platforms, high availability, robust data and modern infrastructure. \nWhat you'll do:\n\n\nFacilitate planning, execution and visibility for projects (and their expected product outcomes) spanning multiple engineering and non-engineering teams; be responsible for artifacts reflecting plans, progress, issues and risks.\n\nFacilitate collaboration between teams, ensure cross-team dependencies are identified and acted on, mitigate delivery risks\n\nFacilitate the adoption of Product and Engineering outcome based delivery process\n\nImprove prioritization/alignment across the organization, create forums for cross Business Area prioritization\n\nBased on teams capacity, perform better expectations management on what is not going to get done\n\nHelp teams improve their internal operation\n\nHelp teams and stakeholders understand empirical and iterative product development\n\nActively support and encourage continuous improvement culture\n\n\n\n\nSkills and knowledge you should possess:\n\n\nWorked closely with multiple engineering and non-engineering teams simultaneously to facilitate planning and product execution, work decomposition.\n\nDefined metrics, and associated data collection within Jira in a consistent manner, while applying lean principles.\n\nConfigured and managed Jira workflows, team boards\n\nBuilt information radiators in the Atlassian suite (or comparable).\n\nDemonstrated strong presentation and communication skills.\n\nGood understanding of Agile values and principles \n\nExperience with Data and BI projects is a strong plus\n\nComputer Science, Software Engineering, or similar degree desired, or equivalent industry experience\n\n5+ Years working in a capacity of Project or Program Manager, (an Agile Role as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Coach would be preferred)\n\n1-2 years working across multiple engineering teams for planning and reporting\n\nStrong written & verbal communication skills\n\nFlexible and open minded with a positive attitude\n\n\n\n \n#LI-JP1 \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
