Remote Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a product designer with strong ability to design user-centric interfaces and responsible for the user experience of a product. \n\nWorking in the space between our technical, product design, marketing and customer facing teams, you make everyone come together so we get these products off to an explosive start. \n\n**Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):**\n\n- Managing entire execution of design processes for our web application\n- Collaborating with cross-functioning teams to determine requirements and identify problems\n- Understanding of user-centric design approach and promote common understanding of intersection between design, business and engineering\n- Solving user pain points by designing seamless user experiences or creating relevant features\n- Researching new findings and keeping up to the current trend that could enhance the current experience\n- Ensuring that the quality of implementation meets design requirements\n- Always ensuring communications with remote teams are on track and objectives are aligned\n- Keeping things in place and expecting to be attention to detail as there are many moving parts\n\n\n**Requirements**\n\n- Proven experience with a solid design portfolio\n- Extensive experience in creating interactive UI elements for web and mobile apps\n- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch or other wireframing software\n- Excellent time management skills and ability to get things done within given deadlines\n- Attention to detail and always \n- Ability to conduct complete UX research, usability testing and A/B testing\n- Strong designing intuitive and understanding of screens, pages and visual elements\n- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills\n- Ability to interpret complex concept into simple and logical flows\n- Good to have familiarity with front-end technologies\n \n\nPlease mention the words **PEPPER HELMET PUPIL** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTguMTE3LjI0OS4zNw==).
