\nAbout The Role\n\n\nYard Stick is looking for a Director of Business Development to help us fight climate change with soil.\nTo date, two-ish people have done the bulk of Yard Stickโs customer discovery, business development, commercial strategy-setting, and selling: Chris Tolles (CEO) and Kelsey Chan (Head of Growth + Partnerships). To accomplish our ambitious climate impact and commercial revenue goals, Yard Stick must transition from being primarily a founder-led sales effort to one with dedicated team members and expertise 100% focused on growing the companyโs top line. We have demonstrated incredible early traction and are ready to accelerate our efforts to win more and bigger contracts for work in our wheelhouse, namely soil C stock quantification on row crop and grazing agricultural soils in the US. \n\n\nWeโre looking for a biz dev powerhouse to build on our existing foundation and take commercial growth to the next level. This person will get inside the heads and hearts of our customers, build trust with prospects (often over months and longer!), iterate on our marketing/messaging for maximum resonance, craft home-run proposals, and generally sell the shit out of our offering.\n\n\nThis role must both be the type to knock down a door driving toward a signed contract, and be incredibly curious and empathetic in the way they collaborate with other Yard Stick stakeholders, both external and internal. Job Description
The Study Director reports to the VP of Lithium Development Projects and is responsible for planning, tracking, reporting, monitoring, and task assigning and self-performance of project activities assuring that the overall project study requirements are met in accordance with the Albemarle project study framework.
Key Job Responsibilities
Formulate a project study deliverables plan
Assign required internal and external resources to the study plan
Management of project resources through the study cycle, coordination and administration, utilizing the Albemarle standards specific to the phase of the project
Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to track progress to plan and provide accurate progress updates to Albemarle Management, in specific earnt value of work completed and forecasted, forecasted future financial outflows for financial year planning
Compile regular (monthly, quarterly, yearly) progress reports and portfolio updates as may be required by the Albemarle project management office and finance department
Set in place the formulation of the key building blocks of a project study in accordance with the specific study phase criteria contained in the Albemarle APP to support an investment case.

The Technical Support Specialist - DACH (AKA Customer Support Engineer (CSE)) is responsible for responding to customer issues across our Wdesk and Wdata platforms.

Responsibilities
As PK-PD data programmer you manage and prepare data for state-of-the-art analysis, such as PopPK or drug exposure-response (PKPD), typically based on CDISC ADaM / SDTM datasets. You interact directly with the client on topics around data transfers, dataset specifications and data queries. You conduct exploratory analyses in support of these activities. Continuing education on advanced modeling and simulation approaches, with an emphasis on methods appropriate for small molecules and/or complex biologics, (bispecific biologics, chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapies, and immuno-oncology therapies).
Conduct quality control activities on model codes and reports.
Qualifications
MSc, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of industry/consulting experience (may be combined with academic research) working in R&D, pre-clinical and clinical environments.
Solid experience in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, or a related discipline in a project team setting is preferred, whether in academia or industry.
Expertise in PK/PD modeling with strong quantitative skills applied to develop models with nonlinear behavior, mechanistic or semi-mechanistic components relating to mechanism of action and tailored to meet specific drug-development questions.
Proficiency in software used for modeling analyses (e.g. Phoenix NLME, NONMEM, Adapt, Monolix) and performs dataset construction (e.g. R, SAS).
Independent performance of analysis and modeling and development of reports with limited supervision.
