Ready to become a Wriker?\n\nThe Sr. Manager, HR Compliance & Operationsโ€™ main mission is to lead Wrike to embody a culture of compliance and internal development. This position ensures that the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies; and will design/manage strategic partnerships with internal business units toward a common goal of enterprise-wide compliance excellence. This role will have a diverse range of responsibilities associated with interpretation of people related regulations (including but not limited to state, federal, SOX), and drive a proactive collaboration between HR & cross-functional stakeholders. The Sr. Manager, HR Compliance & Operations will lead compliance policy development and management, compliance training and program management and creation of communications related to program updates. \n\nMeet your hiring manager: Amy Zebrowski\n\n\nHow Youโ€™ll Make an Impact \n\nCompliance and Human Resources Management\n\n\n* In partnership with HR, legal and business leaders, builds and executes a comprehensive strategic plan to remain compliant as a global organization\n\n* Ensure adherence to policy with all employment compliance matters\n\n* Able to proactively identify and quickly resolve new and emerging potential risks through regular risk assessment\n\n* Partner with Finance, Legal, and other teams as required to support annual audits\n\n* Manage pre-hire onboarding compliance requirements, including employment agreements, background checks, employment authorization eligibility, etc.\n\n* Build & maintain compliance processes from onboarding to off-boarding for extended workforce members, including PEO workers and independent contractors\n\n* Keep Wrikeโ€™s employment agreements and documents up to date, including our Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and others as required\n\n* Handle various HR processes where compliance is required (such as the creation of personnel files, development of training, other)\n\n* Track and follow-up with employees on required compliance trainings, tasks and processes\n\n* Provide reporting (e.g. EEOC) and conduct audits when necessary\n\n* Partner with the Legal team and other required stakeholders to ensure appropriate compliance and governance of our people processes\n\n* Partner with General Counsel and HRBPs on employee relations issues, including workplace investigations and terminations, to ensure compliance with required and advisable legal protocols\n\n* Partner with HR staff to manage Wrikeโ€™s US leave of absence program to ensure compliance with company policy as well as state and federal regulations (FMLA, PDL, CFRA, etc.)\n\n* Partner with HR leadership in support of employee communications and execution of company strategy\n\n* Owns global HR compliance training program in KnowBe4;   • Coordinate candidate follow-up actions with Recruiting and Human Resources staff.
  • Responsible for the accurate reporting of employment-related data via excel spreadsheets.
  • Participate in audits to ensure accuracy and.
  • Respond to Human Resources Shared Services tickets, answer questions from candidates, Recruiters and Field HR staff.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience.
  • Experience with Human Resources applications including Workday, iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and Deltek Time keeping desired.
  • Requires proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities, deadlines and multi-task and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment a.
  • Requires good organizational, problem solving and time management skills.

    About The Role

    The transportation industry has no shortage of complex problems requiring creative solutions to scale efficiently. In this role, you will help support customer data needs through training and reporting from Mastery's Transportation Management System (TMS). In addition, you will help support the internal reporting needs of the commercial team.

    Reporting to the Manager of Customer Data Insights, the Customer Data Analyst will leverage technical skills to perform data discovery, build reports and respond to ad hoc data requests across the Customer Success Team. You will work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and issues, then communicate recommendations and resolutions in a timely manner.

    As a Customer Data Analyst, you will operate with an investigative mindset, proactively looking out for our client's data needs, interpreting trends and suggesting new and innovative ways to the Customer Success Managers to keep their clients succeeding with Mastermind TMS. Working closely with Product and Data Engineering on defect management, client specific logic and reporting requirements.

    Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders during data discovery to identify gaps
    • Author and maintain dashboards via Masteryโ€™s chosen front end application to support internal stakeholders with their clients through all phases of the customer relationship process: engagement, onboarding, implementation, support, & success
    • Troubleshoot root causes for discrepancies to work towards data consistency
    • Perform ad hoc analysis as part of the Customer Success model as Mastermind issues arise
    • Educate and train internal stakeholders as well as clients on how to use our self-service reporting tools to deliver insights into their daily business operations
    • Manage day-to-day tasks and communication with internal and external stakeholders on outstanding data defects and requests
    • Translate client reporting needs into requirements, submit requests on their behalf and work with product to prioritize all client data requests to ensure we are meeting deadlines and staying aligned with Masteryโ€™s product offering
    • Manage customer success through relationship building, data expertise, and problem solving
    Requirements
    • Proficient at crafting SQL queries
    • Experience building executive reports, data visualizations, and self-service dashboards in at least one modern BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
    • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify data warehouse and reporting requirements
    • Proficient understanding of relational data models and data warehouse practices
    • Exposure to relational database management systems RDBMS (e.g., PostgresSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) and/or cloud-based data stores (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, etc.)
    • 2 Years+ experience as a data analyst or similar role
    • 2 Years+ Transportation and Supply Chain experience required
    • Experience with customer facing analytics preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Ability to travel preferred

    The Learning and Development Professional will support the creation and execution of talent development activities in a newly forming department focused on developing the leaders and employees of the organization.     Job Responsibilities


    • Support the department senior director in coordinating with key stakeholders across the organization for various talent development programs
    • Provide analytical support, research and knowledge management for various talent development and training activities, to include leadership development programs, succession planning processes, coaching, mentoring, internships, and assessments
    • Develop and manage project plans for key projects and programs within the talent development portfolio
    • Support instructor-led training and facilitation of virtual and live meetings/training sessions on various topics
    • Support the development of training presentations, PowerPoint presentations, summary reports
    • Assist in execution of training, which includes administration and tracking of required training, such as compliance and ethics modules
    • Coordinate with external vendors for online training platforms and tools
    • Perform research to identify external speakers, seminars, trainings, and partnerships to enhance existing training and development portfolio
    • Support the development and delivery of training materials as needed, including presentations, user guides, instructor guides, communications, and job aids
    • Coordinate training and talent development program logistics and communicate with participants as needed
    • Monitor key success measures to include feedback surveys, engagement surveys, and other talent development metrics to include data analysis
    • Create a knowledge repository of training content, library of templates and career resources for employees
    • Leverage tools and technology such as Power BI, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams and learning management systems


    Qualifications


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Must have a minimum of 4 years professional talent development, organizational effectiveness and/or leadership training experience (Required)
    • Must have a minimum of a Bachelorโ€™s Degree in: Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or other related area (Required)
    • Must have experience in training and talent development
    • Must have strong facilitation, communications presentation skills both in person and virtually
    • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills (including PowerPoint and training content creation)
    • Must have a keen understanding of stakeholder needs; ability to communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders; ability to work well in a team atmosphere
    • Must have the ability to travel occasionally (up to 20-25%)


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certifications in coaching and assessments (i.e. Korn Ferry, Center for Creative Leadership) is preferred

    • Conduct telephone screens to identify interest and qualifications of candidates and document phone screens accordingly
    • Work collaboratively with a small team of roughly 4-6 people
    • Handle any incoming inquiries from candidates regarding open positions
    • Update Applicant Tracking Systems to reflect status of candidates and requisitions

    • Hold an Associate or Bachelorโ€™s degree. In lieu of a degree, you must have a GED or High School diploma, or be a Veteran with an honorable discharge from military service, and have relevant experience within TA, HR, Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, or like industries.
