The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global bank relationships, handling banking operations, overseeing ACH transactions, managing treasury functions, and mitigating risk and fraud.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\nGlobal Banking\n\n\n* Establish and maintain strong relationships with global banking partners\n\n* Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for banking services\n\n* Serve as a primary point of contact for bank-related matters\n\n* Monitor and report on the performance of banking relationships\n\n* Manage and improve domestic and international banking and ACH operations\n\n\n\n\nRisk and Fraud Mitigation\n\n\n* Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks, including ACH chargeback risks\n\n* Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection strategies\n\n* Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and investigate potential fraud cases\n\n\n\n\nTreasury Management\n\n\n* Develop and execute treasury management strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity\n\n* Monitor and forecast cash positions, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs\n\n* Manage foreign currency exposure and hedging activities\n\n* Prepare treasury reports and provide insights to senior management\n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n\n* Advanced knowledge of and interest in Bitcoin\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)\n\n* Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, operations, or a similar role\n\n* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
