You will be an essential part of the sales organization and act as a liaison between the sales, product and development teams. \n\nMain responsibilities\n\n\n* Assist in the delivery of sales presentations to potential clients and partners on site, remotely via webinar sessions, and at field events such as conferences and trade shows.\n\n* Develop sales proposals and associated collateral\n\n* Provide technical sales support to prospects and clients who are integrating to KeyNexus services\n\n* Prepare and present product demonstrations\n\n* Identify, evaluate, and recommend proof of concept opportunities\n\n* Prepare and provide input for technical sections of RFPs/ RFQs\n\n* Conduct technical product training classes for partners.\n\n* Assist partners with customer proof of concepts and completing the acceptance test plan.\n\n* Assist partners with designing and building demo environments for customer presentations.\n\n* Develop processes for onboarding partners in the region.\n\n* Communicate with the product and development teams on issues identified from field observations and customer feedback \n\n* Make your mark in the industry with thought leadership assisting KeyNexus leadership with preparation for panels, media interviews and analyst calls. \n\n* Provide regular status report and presentations to the management team on assigned products and initiatives. \n\n* Assist customer success team with onboarding/implementation, likely as a continuation of a trial\n\n* Willing to travel to visit prospects and customers, and to engage in onsite customer work when required.\n\n\n\n\nWe are looking for self-starters where key capabilities include:\n\n\n* A history of supporting clients through the pre-sales and technical integration process with software solutions.\n\n* Possess a deep understanding of application servers, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and the application workflow lifecycle as they relate to the security industry.\n\n* Quickly discern technical pain points by asking detailed and clarifying questions and presenting solutions that target those needs\n\n* Possess a proven track record of demonstrating software tool solutions and executing successful proof of concept plans to enterprise prospects \n\n* Exceptional organization skills to manage numerous priorities and ability to identify urgent and important to keep pace in an agile environment. \n\n* Ability to communicate with executives, key industry players, and technical audiences in the security ecosystem. \n\n* A history of being customer-focused and absolutely comfortable engaging customers and channel partners as needed to resolve their technical issues. \n\n* Interest in continuous learning to become a subject matter expert in KeyNexus’ segments and technology platforms\n\n* Possess a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the ongoing performance of the team\n\n\n\n\nQualifications requested\n\n\n* Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent job experience\n\n* 3+ years experience working as a Sales Engineer, ideally for a security hardware/ software solution company focused on information security, preferably key management or encryption\n\n* Knowledge of basic networking, cloud service providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, etc.) and virtualization (VMware/Citrix/Hyper-V)\n\n* Experience working with one or more of the following: authentication, access control, digital certificates, identity management processes, PKI or key management systems\n\n* Understanding of encryption technologies and processes\n\n* Prior startup experience, including being one of the first sales engineers in a company\n\n* Fluency in English (written and oral)\n\n\n\n\nWe can’t wait to hear from you!\n\nThe position is available immediately \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
