Remote Customer Success Operations Manager

\nJob Purpose\n\nThe Senior CS Operations Manager is responsible for driving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our CS organization.  This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing processes, tools, and metrics to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The role will act as a strategic partner to CS leadership, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources and partner with the organization to deliver against key initiatives and programs using project management methodologies. \n\nResponsibilities & Accountabilities \n\n1. Operational Excellence \n\n\n* Develop and standardize CS processes to ensure consistency and scalability \n\n* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction, retention, and growth \n\n* Create and maintain documentation across CSOps and contribute to broader initiatives \n\n\n\n\n2. Strategic Initiatives \n\n\n* Lead strategic initiatives and programs using project management methodologies to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and overall success \n\n* Partner with Analytics to develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer success efforts \n\n* Report on performance metrics to leadership and provide recommendations for improvement \n\n\n\n\n3. Data Management and Analysis \n\n\n* Partner with Analytics to manage and analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making \n\n* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics \n\n\n\n\n4. Tool and System Management \n\n\n* Support the selection, implementation, and management of CS tools (e.g. Gainsight) and technologies \n\n* Ensure seamless integration of tools with other systems (e.g. Salesforce, support systems) \n\n* Support Staff CSOps Manager on delivery of Gainsight roadmap and milestone management \n\n* Support successful delivery of CSOps workflow via project management software (e.g. Asana) \n\n\n\n\n5. Cross-Functional Collaboration \n\n\n* Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure alignment on CS initiatives \n\n* Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to address business needs and challenges \n\n\n\n\n6. Case Management \n\n\n* Triage, manage and complete cases in GTM case workflow \n\n* Provide guidance and oversight to CSOps Analyst \n\n\n\n\n7. Today, the infrastructure and services are at our hands to build these software layers, but we need a great engineer to help us deliver on this promise.\n\n\nYou'll build and maintain our backend apps: our Admin Panel, our API, and several other services that form part of our automation, that creates companies, connects with banking APIs, and the IRS (Internal Revenue Service), using technologies like NodeJS, DynamoDB, and Puppeteer.\n\n\n\nWhat you will do\n* You'll work with others to build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance. For example, you might create an internal micro-service to recognize specific legal documents coming back to us from a particular state (e.g., Wyoming).\n* You'll help improve performance and reliability or polish existing features.
