Itโ€™s an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the website's performance.\n\nHow youโ€™ll add value:\n\n\n* Ensure the continuous operation of the legacy website, focusing on bug fixes, troubleshooting, minor updates, and performance optimizations.\n\n* Implement and oversee a triage process for system incidents, ensuring efficient escalation paths are followed for well-triaged issues and maintaining documentation.\n\n* Work closely with engineers to prioritize and address maintenance tasks.\n\n* Support problems discovery process by collecting, analyzing data, formulating hypotheses and contributing with ideas and concepts. \n\n* Coordinate with the support team to uphold security standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.\n\n\n\n\nYouโ€™ll be successful in this role if you:\n\n\n* Have proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, ideally with exposure to legacy systems.\n\n* Possess strong technical background with understanding of PHP and Java (SQL knowledge as a plus).\n\n* Are proactive, hands-on, have the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and to prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.\n\n* Are curious and take challenges as an opportunity to grow.\n\n* Have strong writing and speaking skills in Italian and English.\n\n* Have knowledge of incident management processes and experience in handling system escalations as a plus.\n\n\n\n\nNote: We operate a rolling recruitment approach  - no deadlines, just opportunities.
