\nThis role will be part of the Commercial excellence (Sales Operations) stream within the Customer Success team. The team is responsible for systems/tools used by our Customer Support + Commercial branches across OLX Europe and more specifically this role is focused on Advertising Sales. You will work closely with our Advertising Sales stakeholders and together with your team you will be responsible for defining the AdSales vision and roadmap for our existing CRM system and tools to streamline their process and reach together the strategic OLX goals. Based on this vision, working with cross functional teams, you will review the challenges and guide the team to build or maintain new processes and features - from the conceptualisation phase and testing of MVPs to generating insights, iterating, scaling the features and adopting them well by the users. The main platform that will be used by the AdSales team is Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and your role will be key in leveraging this platform to grow their performance.\nWhat you will be doing:\n\n\nDefine and drive the strategy of the current CRM system for AdSales\n\nBuild up a game-changing roadmap based on company strategic initiatives\n\nWork with the Commercial Stream pack and our vendors to deliver features that impact OLX revenue on one hand and delight the Advertisement customers on the other hand\n\nBuild and prioritize hypotheses, initiate user research and work with product analysts, data scientists, tech leads to understand the challenges and verify ideas\n\nHelp the team to understand, detail and structure the Stakeholdersโ business/functional requests. \n\nWith a continuous improvement mindset, build & refine the delivery and opportunity validation backlog and define success metrics\n\nUnderstand the way Advertisement, Sales and Operations teams work with different types of customers- from lead, account management till invoicing and billing. \n\nEnsure that AdSales adoption and impact is met against pre-established success metrics using insights and satisfaction scores, working closely with the operations teams.\n\nBuild high quality scalable features that enable future growth and expanding to other business units\n\nMaintain a level of documentation of processes and projects within the stream\n\n\n\nYour Profile:\n\n\nExtensive experience as a business analyst or product management - ideally within an international set-up and at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce company.\n\nGood understanding and experience of CRM (preferably Salesforce) , how Sales teams work, Sales KPIs , targets & performance . Preference working as a Salesforce functional consultant\n\nUX focus across Sales, Customer Support and/or Advertising Sales\n\nAbility to indirectly influence across an organization\n\nGreat storytelling skills\n\nSuccess driven โ you know how to define and measure success metrics\n\nCuriosity โ initiative to dig into the why, what & how\n\nCapable to articulate small details into one big picture \n\nExperience in hypothesis and data based product development, e.g. user and market research, validating ideas, experimentation, A/B testing, usability testing, data analysis\n\nCapability to understand technical concepts and discuss technical topics with development teams and vendors.
