We are seeking a passionate enablement leader with experience in high-growth environments. This role extends beyond traditional sales enablement, acting as a strategic leader and liaison between sales, marketing, finance, operations, and other divisions to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Work directly with the sales leadership team to develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) enablement strategy.\n\n* Oversee the creation and maintenance of content and collateral to support the sales division.\n\n* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with Backpackโ€™s overall business objectives and sales goals.\n\n* Create and manage sales enablement content, including state market-level playbooks, training materials, presentations, product documentation, case studies, and competitive analysis.\n\n* Design, deliver, and continuously refine the sales onboarding process to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.\n\n* Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.\n\n* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, client success, operations, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.\n\n* Regularly analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform and adjust sales strategies.\n\n* Assist the sales team in preparing for prospect meetings by developing customized decks, proposals, and providing market and client-specific information and content.\n\n* Create and manage an inventory of competitive pricing, oversee the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) process, and develop Backpackโ€™s market differentiators.\n\n* Maintain a flexible work style, adapting to the dynamic needs of a startup organization and pivoting as required.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n\n\n* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Through consultation, leveraging resources, and using consistent Strategic Pursuit Practice (SPP) methodologies, you will accelerate and close larger, strategic opportunities for Pure. This role will drive the momentum of the pursuits, leading all members of the pursuit team to make certain that deliverables are met, duties are shared appropriately, and enthusiasm and motivation remain high.  A critical success requirement for this role will be, within the complex pursuit framework, to lead team members and stakeholders in developing and ultimately executing a successful pursuit plan.\n\nYour Duties will Include:\nโ— Facilitate the development of long-term strategy for key strategic accounts, aligned to customer business and IT strategies, creating a long-term account plan with prioritization of\nopportunities and strategic alignment to Pure relevancy.\nโ— Create a focused plan for pursuits, highlighting use of SPP and other resources, various channels, large deal team resources, commercial strategy, win themes, etc. to win the deal\nโ— Lead a cross-functional pursuit team from the start of pursuit, conceptualize and execute win strategy, pricing strategy and sales / relationship strategy.
