We are seeking a passionate enablement leader with experience in high-growth environments. This role extends beyond traditional sales enablement, acting as a strategic leader and liaison between sales, marketing, finance, operations, and other divisions to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Work directly with the sales leadership team to develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) enablement strategy.\n\n* Oversee the creation and maintenance of content and collateral to support the sales division.\n\n* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with Backpack’s overall business objectives and sales goals.\n\n* Create and manage sales enablement content, including state market-level playbooks, training materials, presentations, product documentation, case studies, and competitive analysis.\n\n* Design, deliver, and continuously refine the sales onboarding process to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.\n\n* Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.\n\n* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, client success, operations, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.\n\n* Regularly analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform and adjust sales strategies.\n\n* Assist the sales team in preparing for prospect meetings by developing customized decks, proposals, and providing market and client-specific information and content.\n\n* Create and manage an inventory of competitive pricing, oversee the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) process, and develop Backpack’s market differentiators.\n\n* Maintain a flexible work style, adapting to the dynamic needs of a startup organization and pivoting as required.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.\n\n* A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role, preferably within a vendor solution firm.\n\n* Strong preference for candidates with a background in government or healthcare sectors, or experience working in a startup or SaaS company.\n\n* Deep understanding of government procurement processes, proposal development, selling to health plans or health systems, and go-to-market strategies for professional services and products.\n\n* Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external audiences.\n\n* Excellent research skills with the ability to summarize key market information for senior leadership.\n\n* Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and CRM systems, with a preference for candidates familiar with government procurement search engines.\n\n* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.\n\n* Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams within the Backpack organization.\n\n* Must demonstrate positive energy and proactive engagement in daily interactions.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n

Our team is composed of PMHNPs, fully licensed therapists and resident-level therapists. The supervisor and supervisee will collaboratively identify goals for the clinician’s professional growth and development. Our team is composed of PMHNPs, fully licensed therapists and resident-level therapists. We specialize in mental and behavioral health treatment for kids, teens, young adults and families currently living in Maryland and Virginia. \n\n \n\nCompensation:\n\n$57.50-$62/hour\n\n \n\nPosition Summary:\n\nThe supervisor will be assigned to graduate-level clinicians. The supervisor and supervisee will collaboratively identify goals for the clinician’s professional growth and development.
