You will help build the foundation of this program, including negotiating channel partner agreements and addressing channel conflict issues.\n\n• Partner Sales Enablement & Support: Once partners are recruited, you will be responsible for driving the training, engagement, and success of our partners. These efforts will include helping to build a partner sales enablement program, partner marketing program, and ongoing support for our partners’ sales efforts. \n\n• Growth: Bigleaf Networks will grow via its channel partners and you will be at the heart of that. You will be responsible for consistently exceeding sales quotas and goals, as well as growing the Bigleaf channel team. You will be a leader and key member of our founding team, helping us define our culture, direction, and success.
