The technical writer is responsible for taking complex, technical and product information and translating it into easily understandable formats. The Technical Writer will work closely with experienced technical writers and product teams to interpret the specifications, engineering artifacts, reports and other data to ensure the production of documentation complies with the audiences’ requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product analysis and technical documentation, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.  \nAs a Technical Writer you will be responsible for creating paper-based and digital operating instructions, how-to manuals, setup instructions, and “frequently asked questions” pages to communicate complex and technical information more easily. The ideal candidate will have written communication skills and a foundational understanding of technical concepts. \n\n\nDuration: 3 month minimum with flexible timeline and hours.\n\n\n\nWhat you'll do:\n* Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension. \n* Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions. \n* Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed. \n* Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and form documentation. \n* Translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel \n* Write and edit other product documents/manuals/implementation guides to the audience’s specifications \n* Archives technical data over longer periods of time in an efficient, established method to aid in future related projects  \n* Review and/or edit content developed by other members of the team. \n* Communicate the status of work and any requirements for additional information to team leaders  \n* Might involve using test environments, recording videos, or creating process maps & slides.
