\nThe Strategic Enterprise Account Executive (SAE) will have responsibility to manage primary relationships between TigerConnect and a select group of highly strategic customer partnerships. The SAE will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of the customerโs communication and workflow opportunities and strategies, and will design strategic account plans that facilitate long term business growth, portfolio expansion, and client satisfaction. The SAE will also be required to operate collaboratively within the internal TigerConnect organization, influencing and executing effectively within a matrixed organization including the sales, marketing, client success, and product teams. \n\nWhat Youโll Be Doing: \n\n\n* Function as primary partner for specific clients, understanding business needs, and growing their portfolio of products through cross-sell and upsell motions \n\n* Ownership of and accountability to revenue projections for account portfolio \n\n* Build strong, cross functional relationships with all levels of a customer organization \n\n* Understand competitive landscape, market insights, and effectively communicate across key internal and external stakeholders \n\n* Build and execute account plans; coordinate and deploy TigerConnect resources to accomplish these plans \n\n* Utilize data and scorecards to review trends and develop actionable outcomes \n\n* Facilitate contract negotiation & pricing with clients \n\n* Travel to client sites as needed \n\n\n\n\nWhat You Bring: \n\n\n* 10+ years experience in business development, new logo sales, and/or account management in an enterprise SaaS industry required with 3+ years of that in healthcare preferred \n\n* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus \n\n* Deep knowledge of health systems and healthcare is preferred \n\n* Demonstrated understanding of strategic account growth \n\n* Experience working with executive-level leadership internally and externally \n\n* Experience in negotiating customer contracts & pricing \n\n* Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills \n\n* Experience with implementing and managing EMR, health technologies, SaaS or consulting solutions in the health system market, targeting all levels of organizations \n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
