If you are a perceptive leader, enthusiastic problem-solver, and strong communicator we look forward to meeting you!\n\n \nWhat you will own:\n\nReporting to Director of Product, you will:\n\n\nDrive product strategy, roadmap, and execution to launch and scale 0-1 products\n\nLead cross-functional domain efforts to drive launch, activation, adoption, and retention of new products under the Sendwave and WorldRemit brands\n\nLeverage quantitative and qualitative data to make and influence product decisions on priority and tradeoffs.\n\nEnsure that product vision, roadmap and features are aligned with Zepzโ mission and overall business strategyAdvocate for the customer through frequent interactions with customers\n\nMonitor domain and product performance as well as user feedback to ensure product meets customer needs\n\nDrive hypothesis and data driven experimentation with the goal of developing high retention rates within 0-1 products.Deliver user experiences that are engaging and intuitive\n\nCollaborating with other functions in and outside of product and engineering organization to develop, prioritize and launch product initiatives that improve the customer experience\n\nIdentify trends and opportunities to enhance the product by developing end to end understanding of core customer needs, the competitive as well as industry landscape that WorldRemit plays in.\n\nImprove product ways of working around product backlog management, prioritization, definition, planning and deliveryFoster a strong team culture aligned to Zepz commitments.\n\n\n\nWhat you bring to the table: \n\n\n* 5-7+ years of progressive leadership in product managementBachelorโs degree preferred, MBA is a plus but not required\n\n* Having founded a startup is a huge plus, even if the startup did not succeed\n\n* Passion in advocating for immigrant financial empowermentUser empathy-driven approach to product management\n\n* Experience managing consumer facing mobile app products\n\n* Experience taking products from ideation to launch\n\n* Experience developing a roadmap with incomplete or imperfect information\n\n* Experience making product trade offs to focus on product market fit\n\n* Experience conducting customer interviews Track record of delivering measurable improvements in product retention\n\n* Practical knowledge of activation, engagement and retention strategies\n\n* Strong understanding of data, fluent with defining and tracking product metrics of success, as well tying product metrics of success to company KPIโs\n\n* Proven track record of driving hypotheses and data driven experimentation (A/B testing)\n\n* Great attention to detail, able to juggle multiple projects and priorities at a time\n\n* Hands on, self starter, willing to roll up your sleeves to drive initiatives with little oversight\n\n* Effective communicator and collaborator, able to navigate complex relationships to get the job done\n\n\n\nBonus points if you: \n\n\n* Experience operating in a scrum Agile environment\n\n* Have direct experience in the fin-tech industry, especially payments and remittance \n\n* Have experience in driving improved standards for Agile ways of working i.e. backlog management, refinement, sprint reviews etc\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
