This team is responsible for reaching more customers who need life insurance, and building a delightful, low friction onboarding experience that gets them excited to apply for insurance.\n\nThe ideal candidate will combine an understanding of customer acquisition, consumer psychology and consumer needs, first principles thinking, and creativity to envision delightful customer experiences. Weโre looking for an entrepreneurial product leader who is passionate about advocating on behalf of users and driving business growth, demonstrates a high degree of ownership, and is looking to join a team with a clear mission and purpose.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities: \n\n\n* Partner with our marketing team to develop ways to reach new life insurance audiences, including those actively looking for insurance and those with a need, but not actively looking\n\n* Build low friction, personalized onboarding experiences tailored to the acquisition channel, consumer needs, and where the consumer is in their purchasing journey\n\n* Educate consumers on their need for life insurance, and generate excitement to begin the formal application\n\n* Partner with compliance and security teams to ensure our user experience safeguards consumer data and satisfies regulatory requirements\n\n* Develop a growth strategy and north star onboarding experience, and rapidly experiment to march towards this vision and improve our key metrics\n\n* Strengthen other PMsโ ideas through peer critique and feedback\n\n\n\n\nSkills & Qualifications: \n\n\n* 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a high growth technology company, building products that touch millions of consumers. Ideally 8+ years of work experience, and 2+ years in a growth-focused role\n\n* You understand paid and organic customer acquisition, and have experience working closely with marketing teams\n\n* Ability to use data, customer insights, an understanding of user psychology, and first principles thinking to generate hypotheses, design experiments, test, and refine ideas.\n\n* Youโre strong technically, and can understand internal systems well enough to build conversion-maximizing experiences\n\n* A strong analytical orientation -- a focus on logical, data driven decision making and the ability to measure success. \n\n* The ability to work cross functionally with marketing, compliance, design, analytics, and engineering, leading towards the vision through influence\n\n* Relentless drive to set and chase ambitious goals, prioritize what really matters, overcome inevitable obstacles, and execute effectively\n\n* You can think at the 10X and 10% level, balancing big bets with smaller increments\n\n* You show extremely high ownership and can operate with a high degree of autonomy.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#LI-Remote #LI-JA1\n\nThe US national base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $201,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
