We are looking for proactive individuals dedicated to upholding a secure and productive environment for our corporate team and remote operations. \n\n\nRecent graduates and veterans are encouraged to apply!  \n\n\n\nDuties and Responsibilities \n* Access Control: \n* Monitor and control access to the CleanSpark corporate office, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter. \n\n\n\n* Surveillance: \n* Utilize advanced surveillance technology to monitor and analyze activities both onsite and remotely, promptly reporting any anomalies or suspicious behavior.   \n* Maintain meticulous records of surveillance findings and incidents. \n\n\n\n* Patrol and Inspection: \n* Perform regular patrols and systematic inspections of corporate premises and remote monitoring infrastructure to identify and neutralize potential security threats.\n* Address security vulnerabilities proactively through preventive measures and risk mitigation strategies. \n\n \n* Emergency Response: \n* Respond to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents in a prompt and effective manner. \n* Work closely with emergency services when necessary and follow established protocols for various scenarios. \n\n \n* Customer Service: \n* Provide courteous and professional assistance to corporate employees, visitors, and contractors, offering guidance and support as needed.   \n* Exhibit exemplary customer service skills, fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere within the corporate environment. \n\n  \n* Report Writing: \n* Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security-related activities.  \n* Compile comprehensive reports and submit them promptly to the appropriate stakeholders. \n\n\n\n* Collaboration: \n* Collaborate closely with fellow security personnel and relevant departments to maintain a cohesive and comprehensive security framework. \n* Communicate effectively with team members and management to address security concerns and implement proactive measures. \n* Other duties as assigned\n\n\n\nQualifications\n* 2 years of Law enforcement or military experience \n* High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or related fields is a plus.  \n* Proven experience as a security guard or in a related role.  \n* Strong observational skills and attention to detail.  \n* Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.  \n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  \n* Basic computer skills for logging and reporting purposes.  \n* Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, run and perform security duties for extended periods.  \n\n\n\nAdditional Requirements\n* Valid State Driver's License \n* Honorable discharge from military service preferred \n* First Aid and CPR certification is a plus \n* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays \n* Must be able to pass a Nationwide Background Check \n\n\n\n\n\nCleanSpark is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
