Think of us as your personal talent agent, and good luck with the application :)\n\nAbout The Role\n\nWe are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Sales Development Representative with excellent communication skills to join our team. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers and be responsible for researching and qualifying leads by phone and email. You’ll be handling both inbound and outbound sales activities -- your main goal will be qualifying new business to set appointments for Sales Reps.\n\nIn sum, if you’re a great listener and can identify a customer’s needs, we want to chat with you.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\nGenerate, contact, and qualify inbound and outbound leads\n\n* Turn cold and warm leads into qualified prospects\n\nCreate and strategically prioritize target account lists\n\nConduct high level conversations with contacts at target accounts\n\nConduct lead follow up activity based on marketing events and website inquiries\n\nAct as the subject matter expert on a wide range of services, providing prospects with peace of mind that we are unlike any company in the industry\n\nSuccessfully utilize multiple sales enablement tools simultaneously\n\nTrack all activity in a CRM\n\nWork closely with internal teams to develop lead gen programs\n\nReport to KPI's to leadership on numbers including inbounds, outbounds, connects, meetings scheduled, etc\n\n\n\n\nPersonal attributes\n\n\nA flair for sales process with prior experience\n\nUpbeat, enthusiastic, pleasant personality and attention to detail\n\nExcellent listening skills and energetic phone presence\n\nProfessional, competitive, determined, and results oriented\n\nFlexible, open-minded, and able to deliver success despite ambiguity\n\n* Dedicated to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis\n\n* Desire to learn a consultative approach to selling our products and services\n\n\n\n\nJob specific requirements\n\n\n* 1-2 years prior sales or similar experience\n\n* Prior experience with CRM softwares\n\nExcellent internet for video calls and a working computer\n\nAbility to work on the US time zones \n\nExcellent English, including understanding of a wide array of idioms (assessed via written, phone and video tests)\n\n\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\n\n* Competitive annual salary\n\n* Learning opportunities\n\n* Working in a great culture\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
