We are backed by some of the top venture firms in the world and are scaling quickly.\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Hubspot expert to be Sylvaโs Hubspot administrator and to drive Hubspot adoption across the company to help us reach our aggressive business goals. Youโll split your time building and managing the Hubspot instance, managing Hubspot integrations, and working with internal teams to develop and build automation programs. This roleโs internal stakeholders will include centralized corporate teams such as Growth, Product & Engineering, M&A, as well as a portfolio of community teams. This person will report into our Head of Growth. \n\nYour Responsibilities will include: \n\n\nDeveloping and executing against a product roadmap that helps drive revenue growth using Hubspotโs capabilities\n\nActing as the Hubspot administrator, including responsibilities such as maintaining database hygiene and email deliverability; management of global objects; workflow design and maintenance; and user management \n\nDeveloping and maintaining integrations with other technologies, primarily using OpsHub or Zapier\n\nUtilizing data to optimize community membership sales, onboarding, and retention funnels coordinating with teams to build targeted email marketing campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and more\n\nBuilding dashboards and data exports to 3rd party reporting tools to deliver insights to stakeholders\n\nCollaborating on tracking and attribution, including oversight of UTM tracking capabilities in the Hubspot platform\n\nManaging and creating technical documentation, how-to-guides, tutorial videos, and knowledge base articles\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\n\n* Hubspot certified and 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Hubspot administrator\n\n* Extensive experience building and maintaining integrations with OpsHub or Zapier \n\n* Comfortable working across B2C and B2B business models, ideally with experience working with subscription-based or SaaS businesses\n\n* Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and build automations that improve performance\n\n* Natural relationship builder with a diplomatic approach to situations \n\n* Strong verbal and written communication skills\n\n* Hardworking, resourceful, and scrappy\n\n* A proven track record of getting things done with competing priorities and ambiguity\n\n\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\n\nCompetitive salary and equity\n\nHealth, dental, and vision benefits\n\nUnlimited PTO (with mandatory 2 weeks per year)\n\nImmediate 401k contribution with a non-elective contribution of 3% from Sylva.
