Continuously refine and optimize segmentation based on customer feedback\n\n* Establish data quality standards, troubleshoot data validation, proactively identify issues, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in custom segments and campaigns by conducting thorough quality checks and validations\n\n* Document the process of creating custom audience segments, including data sources, methodologies, and any specific customer preferences or requirements\n\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and strategic enterprise account managers, to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities\n\n* Serve as the subject matter expert for delivering targeted audience-based messaging in a data-driven way.
