We are seeking an accomplished leader with a proven track record in managing core discovery products (such as recommendations and search) and a deep understanding of Generative AI. In this role, you will lead a team of 3-5 Product Managers, steering the overall strategy, development, and optimization of our discovery products. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. San Francisco is our highest geographic market in the United States. \n\n\nIn the state of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $143,000 [minimum salary in our lowest geographic market within California] to $231,500 [maximum salary in our highest geographic market within California]. In the United States, outside of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $118,000 [minimum salary in our lowest US geographic market outside of California] to $220,000 [maximum salary in our highest US geographic market outside of California]. \n\n\nIn Canada, the reasonably expected salary range is between $147,000 CAD[minimum salary in our lowest geographic market] to $218,250 CAD[maximum salary in our highest geographic market]. \n\n\nWe carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs.
