Remote Fleet Engineering Project Manager Data Center
\nAbout the role:\n\nAs a Fleet Engineering Project Manager at CoreWeave, you will join a pivotal team within our Fleet Repair & Remediation organization. Acting as a team liaison for various internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure accurate and timely communication and alignment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) generation, support, issue resolution, and generating performance metrics for both internal and external teams. Additionally, you will facilitate seamless communication across fleet engineering, data center technicians, and vendor teams.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center operations or similar physical logistics, experience with RMA processes, working with external vendors, and the ability to analyze, optimize, and operationalize both internal and external processes.\n\nExperience leading cross-team projects, working with planning, execution, and evaluation of project initiatives, including ticketing process improvements and optimization are assets for this role\n\nWondering if you’re a good fit? If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk. \n\n\n* 3-5 years experience with physical IT infrastructure, Data Center operations and/or RMA of physical equipment with external vendors.\n\n* Experience working with and developing ticket-based workflows and looking at issues and ticket data trends to help identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.\n\n* Familiar with tools and methods to create and maintain detailed documentation, and have proven experience in generating client-facing reports on infrastructure metrics, server management, and case workflows.\n\n* Practiced in communicating with external vendors regarding business needs, priorities, incidents, and effectively resolving conflicts when they arise.\n\n* Demonstrated execution ability and excellent communication skills.\n\n* Ability to conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization. Robust problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment\n\n\n\n\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,000-$140,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.\n\nHybrid Workplace\n\nSuccessful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.\n\nIf you reside within a 30-mile radius of our New Jersey, New York, or Philadelphia offices, we're excited for you to join us at the office at least three times a week, recognizing the significance we place on fostering connections, collaboration, and creativity within our office culture.
