Crypto investors use Nansen to discover opportunities, perform due diligence and defend their portfolios with our real-time dashboards and alerts.\nThe Opportunity:\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts\nas we continue to scale and reach new heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong\nunderstanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and a proven track record in building and\nexecuting marketing strategies that drive growth. This role offers an incredible opportunity to\nshape and develop Nansen’s marketing function in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Nansen overall business objectives, ensuring we maximise visibility, brand awareness, and\ngrowth within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.\n\n* Lead and manage a globally distributed, high performing and results-driven marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow and excel in their roles.\n\n* Drive a data-driven approach to marketing by setting up effective KPIs and\nmeasurement systems, regularly reporting on performance and optimising campaigns.\n\n* Develop a strong understanding of Nansen target audience and customer segments,\nusing this knowledge to create targeted and engaging content across multiple platforms,\nincluding blogs, social media, email campaigns, webinars, and more.\n\n* Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to develop product messaging and\npositioning, ensuring all external communications are clear, consistent, and compelling.\n\n* Oversee Nansen’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media\nadvertising, and email marketing campaigns, to drive increased web traffic, user\nacquisition, and conversion rates.\n\n* Continuously monitor and analyse the competitive landscape, staying abreast of industry\ntrends and emerging marketing opportunities.\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role,\npreferably in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industry.\n\n* Exceptional leadership and management skills, with experience building and leading\nhigh-performing teams.\n\n* A strong understanding of and passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain\nEcosystem.\n\n* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that\ndrive growth.\n\n* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging\nand compelling content.\n\n* A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and optimise marketing performance\nbased on KPIs and metrics.\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n\n* Competitive salary and equity package.\n\n* Remote work environment with a flexible schedule\n\n* Opportunity to work in a rapidly growing and cutting-edge industry.\n\n* Collaborative and supportive company culture\n\n* Opportunities for personal and professional growth as the company scales.\n\n* Exposure to a global network of industry experts, partners, and influencers.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
