Are you excited by the challenge of working in a start-up atmosphere with a purpose? \n\n\nThe Demand Planner is responsible for developing and managing a demand schedule which will include production slot planning, capacity planning, sales analysis as well as managing product allocation to each region.  This role will interface with multiple departments to develop and execute an accurate demand plan to meet customer needs and drive company growth.\n\n\nResponsible\nFluence is defined by its unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and integrity.
