The Role:\n\nWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinician Impact Onboarding Specialist located in the San Francisco Bay Area to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consultation services to clinicians to help them optimize their workflows with our innovative AI medical scribe software, Ambience AutoScribe. The ultimate goal is to supercharge clinicians with breakthrough generative AI technology.\n\nThis role involves training clinicians on how to best utilize our AI medical scribe software to optimize workflow, improve patient care, and enhance clinical documentation efficiency. The chosen candidate must have an in-depth understanding of both healthcare and clinical documentation.\n\nThis role is crucial in ensuring that our clinicians are comfortable, confident, and efficient in using our product daily.\n\nWhat Youโll Do: \n\n\n* Effectively baseline existing workflows to deliver comprehensive training programs on how to optimize efficiency with AutoScribe while adapting to the individuals' knowledge levels and responses.\n\n* Assist in developing training materials including user guides, videos, and presentations to ensure effective workflow optimization, user onboarding, and continued engagement.\n\n* Gather and analyze feedback from clinicians to make necessary adjustments to the training program and inform our product roadmaps.\n\n* Support users and troubleshoot any product and/or workflow issues to the appropriate internal teams such as engineering.\n\n* Ensure product updates are thoroughly understood and incorporated into the training curriculum.\n\n* Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and the cliniciansโ understanding of AutoScribe.\n\n* Provide ongoing support, coaching, and resources to users to ensure they are comfortable and proficient in using AutoScribe.\n\n* Gather and analyze feedback from clinicians regarding note quality and triage the feedback to the clinical team.\n\n\n\n\nWho You Are: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n* A degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field\n\n* Proven experience in: Teaching or training, preferably in a healthcare setting or experience training others to use a software product\n\n* Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and processes\n\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n* Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, clear, and concise manner\n\n* Patient and kind personality with a passion for teaching\n\n* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively\n\n* Proficient in using technology and quick to learn new software\n\n* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues\n\n* Flexible schedule: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate cliniciansโ schedules and time zones.\n\n* Travel: Open to travel approximately 2-4 weeks per year for company offsites and/or going onsite for customers.\n\n\n\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong healthcare background, a passion for teaching, with an enthusiasm for AI technology and healthcare innovation. The candidate should be a clear communicator who can effectively guide clinicians through the learning process with the goal of ensuring clinicians feel comfortable and confident in using our product.
