Success in this role may lead to opportunities for advancing into a sales role with more responsibilities and higher compensation.\n\nWe are rapidly-growing software companies that allow pet daycare, kennel, grooming, and training business owners to manage their business more efficiently and effectively.\n\nThis role is supporting our pet-care vertical solution. https://www.togetherwork.com/vertical-solutions/pet-care/ \n\n Responsibilities \n\n\n\n\n* Comfortably initiate and manage outbound cold calls to potential leads. \n\n* Identify and qualify customer prospects and gain an understanding of their needs and pain points with the end goal of setting appointments. \n\n* Actively engage in proactive outreach campaigns to generate new leads and business opportunities. \n\n* Be highly motivated and focused to achieve their goals. \n\n* Be flexible and adaptable in a rapidly evolving industry and market. \n\n* Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n\n* 2-3 years of inbound/outbound sales experience, B2B preferred.\n\n* 1-3 years of experience in a fast paced, cold/warm calling, sales environment.\n\n* Proven track record of success in an activity sales process, requiring cold calling and lead generation.\n\n* Develop leads into prospects and set appointments by understanding their challenges/needs and effectively communicating our value.\n\n* Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization.\n\n* Salesforce experience \n\n* Previous experience with scripts, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator \n\n* Strong interpersonal and communication skills\n\n* Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.\n\n* Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and empathy.\n\n* Exceptional time management skills\n\n* Willingness to take initiative and be a team player.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nEmployee Referral Bonus\n\nThis position is eligible for a 1,000 USD employee referral\n\nAccess Referral Form Here\n\n \n\nSalary Range\nUS Remote: $45,000- $50,000 USD per year plus variable commission \n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
