\nWhat You Will Do:\n\n\nDevelop and implement brand strategy, promotional goals, and marketing plans for the new title.\n\nIdentify and communicate the key selling points of the game to target users based on features, updates, competition, and user feedback.\n\nCreate both online and offline event ideas and collaborate with agencies and influencers to ensure successful implementation.\n\nDevelop incentive plans and benchmarks to cooperate with creators to build more maps/gameplay modes/ DIY content and cultivate potential players to become UGC contributors in building up the UGC ecosystem.\n\nCoordinate with content department and external partners to produce high-quality content for social marketing and analyze its performance.\n\nIdentify and establish collaborations with partners in forefront, niche, and anime fields to create unique experiences.\n\nUse analytics and KPIs to evaluate marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for each version of the title.\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n\n\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience.\n\nExcellent English skills, preferably with previous experience in North America and understanding of the North America market.\n\nProficient in UGC ecosystem and operations on UGC community platforms.\n\nStrong network and resource management skills.\n\nProficient in data analysis.\n\nUp-to-date with trends in brand content.\n\nPassion for gaming and anime culture.\n\nStrong communication and execution skills.\n\nUser-generated content game enthusiast is preferred\n\n\n\n\n\nBenefits:\n\nThe base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $185,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate.
