We continually drive service improvements and love to automate everything we can on our journey towards excellence. \n\nAs an AV & Events Technician, you will be responsible for all of our day to day audio visual needs at Deliveroo, primarily working on internal events, but your duties will also spread across to meeting rooms, and usage of other audio visual communication systems. If you have a passion for problem solving and implementing solutions that facilitate productive, collaborative and meetings and events, this role is right for you. \n\n \n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\n\n* Event support - supporting event technician for internal events and acting as Assistant Technician on Senior/VIP events\n\n* Interfacing at a client facing level up to and including executives\n\n* Performing daily meeting room checks in standard and executive AV spaces \n\n* Ticket platform ownership from creation to resolution\n\n* Slack Monitoring, Stream Monitoring and other auxiliary AV support\n\n* Proactive maintenance of audio visual systems\n\n* Design and implement written process documentation within Deliveroo's specifications\n\n* Engaging with vendor partners to perform returns and troubleshoot technical issues\n\n* Updating digital signage tools on a regular basis\n\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat Youโll Be Supporting: \n\n\n* Google Meet Hardware\n\n* Sennheiser audio systems\n\n* Digital Signage\n\n* NEC Video walls\n\n* BlackMagic (or other) Switchers & Cameras\n\n* Panasonic PTZ Cameras \n\n* QSYS QSC Cores \n\n* Varied AV infrastructure\n\n\n\n\n \n\nRequirements : \n\n\n* A proven track record of success as an AV & Events Technician, 1-2 years experience in an AV enabled environment\n\n* Ability to interface at a client facing level, in environments that include executive level users\n\n* A methodical and logical approach to problem solving with a sense of ownership\n\n* Experience of working in / on control rooms, live streaming, scheduling content, shooting pre-recorded content, editing and uploading content, \n\n* Have a solid understanding and operational experience of vision mixers, audio mixers, remote cameras, lighting, floor management and video wall processors\n\n* Ability to set up, test, calibrate, evaluate and commission equipment and devices as required for a fully functional AV system\n\n* Extensive troubleshooting experience (including when under pressure)\n\n\n\n\n \n\nNice to Have: \n\n\n* DANTE L1 / L2 Certification \n\n* Experience working with vision mixers (BlackMagic, Ross, Roland, etc) and audio mixers (Yamaha, Allen & Heath, Soundcraft, etc)\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
