Our global reach means we can make a direct impact on the worldโs future workforce in ways no other company can.\n\nThis is a rare opportunity to join a critical function in a fast-growing mission-orientated start-up with a global presence backed by world-class investors including Blackbird Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Y-Combinator, FundersClub and others.\n\nForage is looking for a Program Strategist (Operations) to join its Program Production Team.\n\nAbout the Program Production Team\n\nIn line with our twin goals of serving companies and students, the Program Production Team is responsible for designing, drafting and deploying bespoke Virtual Experience Programs (VEPs) for our corporate partners. \n\nOur VEPs are designed to simulate the actual work that an early career candidate will experience in a specific job at a specific company. These are immersive experiences that impart valuable skills to prepare candidates for the world of work. \n\nWe work closely with our corporate partners and leverage a large roster of freelance professionals around the world to design and draft Forage programs. \n\nThe Program Production Team is fast-growing and is central to Forage's mission in serving students and companies around the world.\n\nRole Description\n\nWe are looking for a Program Strategist (Operations) to work with our Program Production Team and our network of freelancers to manage and coordinate the creation of our virtual work experience programs.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\nResearch clients and/or their key business areas in order to ensure the content we create aligns with their objectives.\n\nDesign a series of โintake questionsโ that resolve any ambiguity about our clientsโ visions for their programs and that elicit relevant information about their businesses that can be used to create an authentic program.\n\nSource, screen, hire and brief appropriate freelancers that can be trusted to create the content itself. As the content of our virtual work experience programs is bespoke and varies significantly (e.g. software engineering, construction, law, digital marketing, etc), it is critical that we identify high-quality subject matter experts. \n\nWork with freelancers to support the creation of high-quality program content that is bespoke to the clientโs workplace and their objectives, compelling and engaging for students and challenging enough to enable participants to gain valuable skills. This includes owning quality assurance across the programs you are responsible for.\n\nDeliver program content within defined SLAs, which requires you to work efficiently and effectively and be agile (because we are still a start-up!).\n\nCoordinate the optimisation of existing content as needed to improve quality based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback from students, clients and experts.\n\nWork closely in a fast-paced and evolving environment with the rest of the Program Production Team and client-facing team to ensure high-quality work overall, e.g., peer review othersโ work, share best practices, help brainstorm ideas, etc.\n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n\nExceptional attention to detail and impeccable communication skills - particularly written skills\n\nProven experience managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality\n\nGreat intuition for what good learning content looks like\n\nAbility to effectively identify and work with third party technical experts to ensure high-quality experiential learning content is developed\n\nComputer skills (e.g., familiarity with Google docs) and a willingness to learn how to use new tools\n\nA passion for rolling up your sleeves to change the world of education and emerging talent\n\n\n\n\nWhy work at Forage?\n\nForage is a small but dynamic team of builders who are passionate about equipping people with the skills to find their dream job.
