Remote Licensure Credential Specialist
What We’re Looking For:\n\nThe Licensure/Credential Specialist will be expected to complete a variety of responsibilities to support the Professional Licensure team. The position is responsible for researching, and maintaining an understanding of programmatic details for programs that lead to professional licensure/credential. The Licensure/Credential Specialist will help guide internal teams and University partners in understanding state-specific requirements students face in obtaining licensure/credential in their chosen field of study. Other responsibilities will involve coordinating projects and internal logistics around ongoing initiatives. This individual must have excellent written and oral communication skills, great attention to detail, an impeccable work ethic, the ability to multitask and work across multiple teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.) \nResponsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:\n\n\nCompleting the research, data collection, and application preparation process, as necessary, for programs that lead to professional licensure/credential\n\nFinding, interpreting, and staying abreast of federal and state regulations relevant to various industries\n\nBuilding and maintaining records to be shared with internal teams and help influence complex decision-making processes\n\nReview conversion documents associated with the federal licensure disclosure process to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness\n\nReview federal disclosure tables, and publication tracker documents copies associated with licensure tables\n\nAssist with building resources to enhance internal operations within and outside of the Compliance Department \n\nEstablishing and maintaining positive relationships with state boards and agencies, University partners, and internal stakeholders\n\n\n\nThings That Should Be In Your Background:\n\n\nYou have a Bachelor’s degree\n\nYou have excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and telepathic\n\nYou’re detail-oriented\n\nYou’re focused on achieving defined results, and exceeding goals and objectives\n\nYou thrive in a fast-paced environment while working with a diverse team\n\nYou are not scared of change, and you’re able to constantly adapt and evolve with our organization\n\n\n\nOther Attributes That Will Help You In This Role:\n\n\nYou’re able to multitask, switch priorities, and be flexible\n\nYou jump at the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues, but also showcase the ability to work independently\n\nYou have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information\n\nYou know how to research and understand technical documents\n\nYou possess strong knowledge of web applications and Microsoft and Google software\n\n\n\nAbout 2U Inc.
