Develop & Incorporate KPIโs to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement with freight forwarders, ocean carriers against benchmarks and service agreements to improve support for our business units. Report findings along with suggested improvement solutions on a quarterly basis.

Vos missions :
Participer ร la construction de la "stratรฉgie commerciale export" afin d'accรฉlรฉrer sur les pays ciblรฉs. En fonction des pays, adapter le choix des produits, les techniques de ventes, les packagings, les prix. Sans oublier la participation ร des salons, le recrutement d'agents commerciaux sur place et le connaissance de la lรฉgislation sur chaque marchรฉ.
Fidรฉliser, conseiller et dรฉvelopper le CA sur la clientรจle existante. Elle est composรฉe de magasins spรฉcialisรฉs dans les articles de fรชtes et de discounters. La sociรฉtรฉ rรฉalise ร date plus de 10% de son CA global ร l'export.
Prospecter pour augmenter le nombre de clients par tรฉlรฉphone, mails et via des rendez-vous physiques.
Lieu de travail :
En plus des dรฉplacements ร l'รฉtranger pour rencontrer vos clients et prospects (au minimum 2 semaines par mois ). Possibilitรฉ d'une place en coworking sur Paris. Il vous arrivera de venir 2 ร 3 fois par an au siรจge en Normandie pour รฉchanger avec la direction.
Le reste du temps, vous pourrez travailler de chez vous.

Engage is a non-profit organization based in Toronto, Ontario specializing in public policy advocacy for youth. Our focus is to provide youth with the means to deliver the reform they seek.
