The ideal candidate will exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing their work. This is a call center environment where you will be expected to work 100% telephonically on the computer for 8 hours per day with 2 designated 15 min breaks, a 30 min lunch, and a 15 min team meeting (Huddle).
