The primary responsibility of the Chief of Staff is to act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing high-level support, coordination, and oversight to ensure the smooth operation and growth of the company. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the leadership team and key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of excellence.
