This is a call center environment where you will be expected to work 100% telephonically on the computer for 8 hours per day with 2 designated 15 min breaks, a 30 min lunch, and a 15 min team meeting (Huddle). Create and execute our operations strategy with measurable goals to drive scalable systems, practices, policies, processes, and training

About the Role & the Team
The Business Operations & Strategy team helps the company monitor performance, understand key business drivers and make data driven decisions to optimize operations and accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities
Identify and lead strategic analysis to answer key business questions, continually improve processes and optimize core business operations across all departments and levels of the company

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience leading a rapidly growing team with a servant leadership approach
Ability to balance many initiatives with differing requirements and expectations
