Remote Region Manager Central

We care for one another, find new ideas to accelerate medicine, and seed a long-term impact for generations.\nPosition Overview\nThe Region Manager assumes overall responsibility for the management of sites assigned. This individualโ€™s responsibility spans the entire functionality of the sites to include personnel management, site profitability and the successful conduct of all studies while providing a high-quality point of intersection for staff, study participants, CROs and sponsors. The Region Manager provides leadership and oversight of site operations according to CARE SOPs, GCP and FDA/ICH Guidelines \nWhat You'll Be Working On\nDuties include but not limited to:\nPersonnel:\nยท        Travel to each site within the region and meet with team members (including PI) face-to face (quarterly at minimum) \nยท        Conduct regular site and Region team meetings\nยท        Meet with PI regularly (bi-weekly at minimum)   \no   Ensure all training is up to date \nยท        Conduct weekly 1:1 meeting with each direct report \no   Review performance and KPIs\no   Ongoing employee development and mentoring\nยท        Maintain appropriate documentation for each direct report\nยท        Provide timely evaluation of areas needing improvement and assist in developing a plan for improvement with staff member with objective measurable goals \nยท        Escalate issues appropriately to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.     The Technical Support Specialist - DACH (AKA Customer Support Engineer (CSE)) is responsible for responding to customer issues across our Wdesk and Wdata platforms.

    What You'll Do


    • Customer Support: Support customers by providing technical and functional expertise over the phone, chat and case management.

    • Troubleshoots customer issues by utilizing knowledge of application, experience and by self-guided research of issues

    Responsibilities


    • Take ownership of reported customer issues and see problems through to resolution, perform root cause analysis, and work to prevent issues from reoccurring in the future
    • Help triage, debug and pull engineers when necessary, to mitigate incidents and solve implementation challenges
    • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug customer issues encountered by our customers during POCs / pilots and implementations / integrations, as well as during production phase.
    • Help do training for POCs and implementations assisting Delivery / Project Managers in the onboarding process.
    • Develop and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
    • Be a champion for Incodeโ€™s customers and hold our teams to a high standard of customer service


    Requirements


    • BS degree in Computer Science or in related field
    • Minimum 5-yearsโ€™ experience in similar roles, ideally in an enterprise SaaS environment
    • Experience in integration and implementation of web-based platforms and mobile apps
    • Understanding of APIs, SDKs, microservices, and cloud computing technology
    • Familiarity with AWS and Docker is a plus
    • Experience with swift, java, java script.
    • Experience with mobile app frameworks such as react native, flutter, angular is a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
    • Understanding of support organizations and key indicators that drive supportability
    • Proficient English, fluent Spanish is a big plus
    • Working knowledge of biometrics or identity software is ideal
    • Proven track record of resolving issues and risks in a cross functional and collaborative way.
    • Confident, and you easily build relationships when working with your customers and internal partners.
    • Naturally curious, eager to learn and proactive in sharing knowledge with others.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion.

    The Learning and Development Professional will support the creation and execution of talent development activities in a newly forming department focused on developing the leaders and employees of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow with a new team that is introducing learning and development opportunities to help people reach their career goals and coach them along their journey. This may include creating talent profiles for succession planning reviews, helping to support leadership development programs, supporting the analysis of coaching and team building assessment data, delivering training courses, creating project plans and presentations, and supporting the technology behind virtual training. This individual must have a strong analytical approach to problem solving, as well as a flexible and collaborative working style and be comfortable with tools and technology. The work requires the individual to be highly adaptable to change, produce high quality deliverables, and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder groups.     Job Responsibilities


    • Support the department senior director in coordinating with key stakeholders across the organization for various talent development programs
    • Provide analytical support, research and knowledge management for various talent development and training activities, to include leadership development programs, succession planning processes, coaching, mentoring, internships, and assessments
    • Develop and manage project plans for key projects and programs within the talent development portfolio
    • Support instructor-led training and facilitation of virtual and live meetings/training sessions on various topics
    • Support the development of training presentations, PowerPoint presentations, summary reports
    • Assist in execution of training, which includes administration and tracking of required training, such as compliance and ethics modules
    • Coordinate with external vendors for online training platforms and tools
    • Perform research to identify external speakers, seminars, trainings, and partnerships to enhance existing training and development portfolio
    • Support the development and delivery of training materials as needed, including presentations, user guides, instructor guides, communications, and job aids
    • Coordinate training and talent development program logistics and communicate with participants as needed
    • Monitor key success measures to include feedback surveys, engagement surveys, and other talent development metrics to include data analysis
    • Create a knowledge repository of training content, library of templates and career resources for employees
    • Leverage tools and technology such as Power BI, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams and learning management systems


    Qualifications


    Minimum Qualifications:


    • You must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19.
    • Must have a minimum of 4 years professional talent development, organizational effectiveness and/or leadership training experience (Required)
    • Must have a minimum of a Bachelorโ€™s Degree in: Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or other related area (Required)
    • Must have experience in training and talent development
    • Must have strong facilitation, communications presentation skills both in person and virtually
    • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills (including PowerPoint and training content creation)
    • Must have a keen understanding of stakeholder needs; ability to communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders; ability to work well in a team atmosphere
    • Must have the ability to travel occasionally (up to 20-25%)


    Preferred Qualifications


    • Masterโ€™s Degree in: Training & Development, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Leadership, or other related area (Preferred)
    • Certifications in coaching and assessments (i.e. Korn Ferry, Center for Creative Leadership) is preferred
