Remote Director of Revenue Systems

About the Job:\nLaunchDarkly is seeking a Director of Revenue Systems and Strategy to join our Revenue Operations and Enablement team. This position will report directly to the VP GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations.\nRevenue Operations & Enablement serves as a strategic partner to the Revenue Organization, overseeing GTM planning, strategy, analytics, insights, technology, and enablement. Each team within Revenue Operations & Enablement is dedicated to building trusted advisory groups, defining operational excellence, and executing strategic priorities. This role is a key player in helping Revenue team members become productive quickly and efficiently through partnerships with Enablement and will contribute significantly to building an analytics-driven business future at LaunchDarkly.\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* \nTeam Leadership and Development: Manage, develop, coach, and mentor an existing team of subject matter experts in Salesforce and various productivity tools. Continue to build a best-in-class team.\n\n\n* \nStrategic Consistency: Define and drive consistency in the GTM/Revenue Systems function, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\n\n\n* \nSalesforce Management: Own and drive the strategy for Salesforce as the source-of-truth CRM, including data strategy, instrumentation, governance, and alignment.\n\n\n* \nTechnology Stack Strategy: Own and drive the strategy for the existing tech stack. Evaluate redundancy, identify gaps, and build a scalable, long-term ecosystems roadmap.\n\n\n* \nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Internal Tools, and BizOps teams for tool evaluation and assessments, onboarding, integration, development, and change management.\n\n\n* \nProcess Development and Automation: Collaborate with Revenue leadership and RevOps groups on process development, alignment, and automation.\n\n\n* \nStrategic Initiatives: Work with various stakeholders (RevOps & Enablement, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, BizOps, TechOps, Internal Tools, Data) to develop, structure, and execute strategic initiatives by developing PRDs, leading discovery and evaluations, and providing insights and recommendations.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* \nLeadership: Transformational people leader who inspires team and organizational culture to achieve best-in-class capabilities, processes, and performance. Strong evidence of developing talent and leading an organization to excellence.\n\n\n* \nExperience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations within enterprise SaaS companies, with experience in other Revenue operations functions being a plus. Lucid has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Finance Intern to join the Strategic Finance (FP&A) team. PERU LNG: is to date, the largest private investment in the hydrocarbons sector in Peru. We have 50% participation and we are the operators of it. The company's assets include a port terminal, a 408 km pipeline and a natural gas liquefaction plant. Since 2017, the plant has a truck loading terminal that supplies gas to the north and south of the country.

TEAs: in 2018, we carried out three technical evaluations in agreement with Perupetro for reprocessing, seismic reinterpretation and other studies related to the existing wells in three exploration blocks in the Ucayali Basin called LXVI, LXVII and LXVIII Blocks.

Internship Focus Area:

The GM Climate Equity Fund aims to help fund organizations that are closing the climate equity gap at the community level and across three key areas: sustainable jobs, access to sustainable transportation and community climate action.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting the Climate Equity and Disaster Relief program officer with various projects, including idea development for grantmaking strategy
  • Producing insights from grantmaking data leading to new ideas
  • Preparing emails and other correspondence as required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Serve as coach for affiliate health systems as an extension of the Quality and Clinical Operations department at the Health Support Center (HSC) to validate the implementation, development and hardwiring of LifePoint's Foundational Principles including standard communication and safety behaviors.
  • Work closely with facilities, on their National Quality Workplan to ensure progress toward goals to achieve National Quality Designation and national quality exemplar performance metrics and reputation.
  • Participate in ongoing evaluation and improvement of the tactics, tools and leading practices that support the advancement of the LifePoint National Quality Program evaluating current state and vet potential tools and tactics that contribute to effective communication in building strong cultures for unit and facility wide levels.
  • Work collaboratively with HSC Quality Clinical Operation partners to solve quality and patient safety issues at affiliate health system level and build relationships that foster collaboration across the enterprise.
  • Prepare and present educational webinars and coaching including guest faculty to highlight and spread LifePoint leading evidence-based practices.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.

Role Overview

First and foremost, we're looking for someone who wants to take an early stage company to greatness. As an Executive Director of Growth at Janus you will build and execute the overall sales approach to our Health System customers to drive revenue for our business. By building consultative relationships with our prospects and current customers you will help further our mission of empowering health systems and its operational workforce to achieve more and reduce the cost of care nationwide.

As an Executive Director you will be responsible for identification and education of prospects, convey Janus' value proposition, and help prospects understand the overall value of our end-to-end platform.

Other responsibilities include:
  • Generate revenue for Janus by owning the entire prospect sales funnel - identification, design, and closure of deals
  • Prospect for potential new Health System Customers
  • Leverage Janus' consultative selling approach
  • Research and understand each prospect environment and strategic initiatives to best align Janus' solutions
  • Attend industry events and network with potential customers
  • Partner with sales operations to quickly respond to customer needs and develop proposal and contracts
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to relay market feedback relative to our capabilities and messaging
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Document all selling activities Salesforce

Requirements
  • We are seeking consultative selling resources with at least 10-15+ years of experience.
  • Required experience in technology, enterprise healthcare technology solutions, SaaS, or Healthcare Consulting.
  • Experience selling complex software to Health Systems.
  • Proven track record of managing sales funnel stages and driving top-line revenue.
  • Experience selling to C-Suite executive and revenue cycle VP/CRO/Director levels.
  • Entrepreneurial, Data-driven, Problem Solver. Excellent prioritization, logical deduction and organizational skills.
  • Work collaboratively with Growth, Marketing, Product and Customer teams.
  • Ability to innovate in a fast-growing work environment and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills; demonstrated experience in communicating value to customers.
  • Revenue Cycle and AI experience preferred.
