Acrossโ€™ Vision: Intents are the standard in x-chain interoperability, and are settled by Across. \n\n\nWe're looking for a Technical Business Developer Manager to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our product and engineering team to grow the Across and UMA ecosystems. This role will be essential to bringing integrations, partnerships, adoption, and growth to the protocols. \n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Relationship management: Build and promote long-lasting relationships by understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and resourcefully triaging within the team when needed before and after the integration.\n* Technical Evangelism & Outreach:  Act as an Across evangelist by attending industry events, delivering compelling presentations (from CEOs to fellow engineers), and publishing insightful content. Engage in community outreach and developer advocacy to expand Acrossโ€™ reach and create a positive builder experience. \n* Partner Solutions: Use deep technical knowledge to explain all aspects of the product and protocol needed to convey Acrossโ€™ value adding solutions. Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams to reach the best outcome. \n* Operational Ownership : Create, build, and nurture the playbook and systems needed to grow a pipeline of integration leads. \n* Feedback and Continuous improvement: Actively engage partners throughout the sales lifecycle to collect product feedback, communicate updates, and keep them warm for future opportunities.\n* Marketing Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends within the DeFi and broader crypto space, and apply these insights to optimize our partner and integrations strategy. \n\n\n\nRequirements\n* 3+ years of experience in a BD, sales, or solutions engineering role, preferably in software or protocols- Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills\n* Data driven mindset with exceptional ability to use analytical skills to hit KPIs\n* Ability to convey complex concepts to various audiences with speed and influence\n* Experience working with DAOs, protocols, and other web3 entities\n* Excellent time management and ability to maintain multiple tasks and client needs effectively\n* Willingness to travel\n* Technical proficiency with relevant software tools or platforms in the DeFi/Web3 space.\n\n\n\nCompensation and Benefits\n* Acrossโ€™ pay packages include competitive salaries & substantial token options (in $UMA and $ACX).
