About the role
QIMA is looking to hire a passionate Full Stack Web Developer who is proficient in building static sites, web components, performant HTML/CSS, APIs and manages their work in an agile sprint cycle. You will be working as a core member of the Marketing Web Dev team to build and maintain the company's new marketing website.

·Building templates with modern HTML, CSS and JS which are rendered in 11ty (a static site generation tool)
·Write and maintain unit, e2e, and integration tests for your code

·Create and present solutions to problems such as: supporting 13+ languages across 10+ domains, managing multiple brands in the same code, designing automated integration and unit tests, building system to manage data reliably
·Creating performant, tested, reusable web components using StencilJS
·Debug problems with rendering, building, APIs, and databases
·Documenting all your work by writing automated tests, inline docs, and in a document store
·Own your work in an agile/scrum sprint cycle and utilize the team as a resource to move your work forward and complete it each sprint
·Attend our weekly sprint meetings
·Spend time learning about new technologies related to our static site generation stack, web components, CSS and more
Requirements and Skills (in no particular order)
·Passionate about web development and you want to ship quality work
·Experience building components preferably using StencilJS or using any modern framework like Vue, Angular, React, etc. and you understand immutable data, shadow DOM and pre-rendering

Hi there, this is a short term engagement as we prepare a working prototype of a web application for COP27 as a proof of concept. We refer to this as "the tool", "prototype", "rough", "mock up" web user interface.
The tool you make will be some sort of graphic, graph or moving image mocked up with our data and content. We are getting user stories for this currently. We have a xed budget of USD8K to get this done. Probably this is two person weeks at most in time. THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT OR ANNUAL POSITION. We may not use this time contiguously but we need the prototype by mid October (2022) and it needs to be able to be served from our Wordpress site gbpn.org. In fact, this should be a pretty fun innovative little project.
Here is an example of a fully edged production system we made another time, but we are wanting something different and very simple for this project. See old project here:
The prototype will be a map or a graph or a diagram with moving parts. The data are non- state actor commitments or goals for decarbonisation of the built environment. They will be static in this prototype. This means any graphs can be hard coded. The graphic will link to a few pages of static information about a selected country. Or this may be a popup with the static information in it.
The prototype needs to be able to serve French, English and Arabic. Again, this content will be static. Needs to mount on our wordpress site gbpn.org off an orphan URL.
You will interact with us on rening our user stories to something that can be roughed out. This will mean:
Hear and discuss our user needs, which are being rened as we write this
Propose technologies which might be appropriate, for example Figma or whatever
Make roughs, sketches or rapid prototypes we can see
Get feedback on the roughs
Make a stable prototype we can serve at the event that people can play with
Get feedback on the prototype

As our first Digital Marketing Manager, we want you to bring your experience and ideas to help grow our company and attract new customers.
You’ll own growing our email list of contacts and work to keep them regularly engaged with our brand.
Manage external creative & content production teams.
Keep track of how our product changes and send regular product updates to our customers.
Update our marketing website to reflect product and strategy changes.
Identify and recruit marketing partners with overlapping audiences and work with them to create shared value.

About you
You have excellent English writing and communication skills.
