We organize corporate-only events on various innovation management, and more recently, HR and marketing topics, hosted by companies in Europe, the US, and China, as well as our Summit in Copenhagen attended by 600 corporate innovators, the worldโ€™s largest gathering of its kind.\nOur international team is passionate, proactive, and hands-on. We are now looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and strategic Social Media & Content Specialist to drive our social media presence and engagementโ€”primarily on LinkedIn and other professional platforms. If you live and breathe social media, possess experience in broader inbound marketing and content strategy, and can transform event materials and insights into compelling multi-format content, this role is for you!\nWhat Youโ€™ll Do\n* \nDevelop and implement tailored social media strategies, with a focus on LinkedIn to boost engagement and brand visibility.\n* \nCreate, curate and manage high quality multi-format content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives\n* \nCreate visually compelling content using Canva and/or similar tools.\n* \nMonitor social media channels, respond to comments and foster community engagementย \n* \nDevelop, maintain and own a dynamic social media calendar while proactively identifying content opportunities, experimenting with new formats and refining strategies to enhance engagementย ย \n* \nPlay a key role, with the support of the marketing and events team, in developing and executing a content strategy across all digital channels. Lucid has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Finance Intern to join the Strategic Finance (FP&A) team. This position will be responsible for a wide range of projects including strategic analysis to support Lucidโ€™s KPIs, financial modeling, variance reporting, and ad hoc assignments.   • Communicate financial and accounting information and trends to the management team to ensure that real-time business decisions can be made based on sound financial data

Internship Focus Area:
  • Climate Equity & Disaster Relief: Climate change does not impact every community equally, and it is incumbent upon us to implement inclusive solutions that do not leave anyone behind. The GM Climate Equity Fund aims to help fund organizations that are closing the climate equity gap at the community level and across three key areas: sustainable jobs, access to sustainable transportation and community climate action.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting the Climate Equity and Disaster Relief program officer with various projects, including idea development for grantmaking strategy
  • Producing insights from grantmaking data leading to new ideas
  • Preparing emails and other correspondence as required
  • Reviewing and processing grant applications
  • Meeting with potential and existing nonprofits on behalf of GM
  • Researching potential nonprofit organizations that align with the fund strategy

Basic Qualifications:
  • Pursuit of a Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Environmental Sciences, Social Work or related field
  • Must be graduating between December 2023 and June 2025
  • Demonstrates leadership in field of study, extra-curricular activities or service organizations
  • Able to work full-time - 40 hours per week during the summer months

This role offers the following Work Appropriately strategies:

The median level of the monthly salary compensation for this role is $4,250 dependent upon class status and degree. Benefit options are not available for this role.

GM will provide a one-time lump sum taxable stipend payment to each student selected for the 2023 Student Program.
