\nWe're looking for a full-stack javascript engineer as part of a small tight-knit team (3-4). \n\nOur environment is typical of a start-up.\n\n\n* Small team, fast-paced, we all get a lot done by everyone wearing many hats.\n\n* We are serious about optimizing our time and staying focused on the most important goals and outcomes.\n\n* We have remote team members and are completely on board with 100% remote work.\n\n* We coordinate using a kanban board, hold a daily standup, and mostly communicate via ad hoc video calls and Slack.\n\n* Our technology is written in NodeJS and React and lives on the Google Cloud Platform.\n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Contribute across the stack to Trellis technical projects, including backend code, DOM-based browser automation, and frontend SDKs\n\n* Work in a team environment and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement\n\n* Produce maintainable, functional, highly reliable and performant code\n\n* Participate in regular code reviews and process retrospectives\n\n* Build reusable code and libraries for future use.\n\n* Ensure the technical feasibility of system architecture and design\n\n\n\n\nRequired\n\n\n* Experience with modern JavaScript\n\n* Fullstack experience both back-end and front-end applications (we do more backend than frontend)\n\n* Track record of dedication to creating maintainable, functional and reliable systems, consistent demonstration of grit, collaboration, curiosity, teamwork, ownership and integrity\n\n* Ability to pass a background check, has appropriate work authorization\n\n\n\n\nBonus\n\n\n* Experience with async/await.\n\n* Familiarity with Chromum/Puppeteer and DOM manipulation/selection.\n\n* If SF local, then we can meet in person, but not required for working nor interviewing.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
