\nSTART A CAREER IN COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT WITHOUT PRIOR EXPERIENCE!\n\nWe are looking for positive and motivated professionals who would like to make a complete career change into property and HOA community management. We do not require prior experience as we have our own education company that will provide you with an industry leading education foundation. The initial education will take one year, and you will be an industry expert in three years. You will also have mentors assigned to provide real-life support to advance your skill set. The education in property management will serve you well in future roles in our company or in your external career progression.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe starting compensation is $50,000 a year with reviews and performance increase opportunities every 6-months.\n\n\n\n\n\nTypical background could be from retail, restaurants, hospitality, administrative roles, department managers, office management, operations, and many more. Candidates typically have 7 to 10 years of professional experience in roles where pro-active effort and decisions are required. \n\n\n\n\nIn this role, you will learn, customer services, administration, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, insurance, budgets, financials, legal matters, vendor management, and much more. A significant amount of time should be expected in the office the first 6 months to ensure success long-term. \n\n\n\n\nWHAT IS A COMMUNITY MANAGER?\n\nPut simply, the community manager position is the face of our organization! It is a very multi-faceted position where you wear many hats. In a nutshell, you are a liaison between the HOAโs board of directors, homeowners, and vendors. You will be required to have an ultimate level of ownership in completing all tasks and projects, be a customer service champion, manage vendor relationships, and operate your portfolio of communities โ all while having a positive attitude.\n\n\n\n\nWHAT ARE THE DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A COMMUNITY MANAGER?\n\nAlthough we like to say no day is the same, there are many things you will be responsible for on a regular basis as a Community Manager: \n\n\n* Passionately live our Same Day Response Policy.\n\n* Engage with board members and homeowners in your community.\n\n* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations.\n\n* Plan for and facilitate association board meetings and annual meetings.\n\n\n\n\n\n * Vendor relations, including the bidding and project management process.\n\n * Consult with other departments in support of your communities.\n\n * Risk Management, Insurance, and Litigation Support.\n\n * Prepare budgets and manage the finances of the associations.\n\n* Must be available for after hour emergencies\n\n * Plus additional tasks, as necessary.\n\n\n\n\n\nWHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE A GREAT COMMUNITY MANAGER?\n\nWe know you donโt just want a job โ you need a career you know you will be great at!
