The teamโs mission is to define and defend the business model while accelerating Gustoโs growth.\n\nAs part of the Corporate Finance sub team, you will provide key reporting insights to leaders across Gusto to enable company level decision making. You'll gain experience partnering with foundation (G&A) leaders, improve capital allocation through improving the financial planning and headcount management systems, and automate and scale internal reporting.\n\nHereโs what youโll do day-to-day:\n\n\n\n\nCorporate Planning & Forecasting. Manage Gustoโs corporate model in Adaptive and support strategic planning, forecasting and resource allocation. \n\nHeadcount Planning & Management. Partner with Gustoโs recruiting team and other FBOS teammates to operationalize headcount and hiring plans.\n\nManagement Reporting. Support key corporate reporting requirements to Board of Directors and Executive Team, e.g. company level KPI tracking, performance to plan, budget vs. actual variance analysis and other analysis in Tableau.\n\nDrive Efficiency and Scale. Help continuously standardize and improve reporting frameworks, systems, processes and data governance to create leverage for the FBOS team and help Gusto scale.\n\nBusiness Support. Support key foundation leaders as a business partner & other FBOS partners (Finance partner for Finance)\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHereโs what we're looking for:\n\n\nExperience\n\n\n5+ years of relevant work experience in Corporate Finance/ FP&A/ Finance & Strategy / Financial Operations, with Operational SaaS experience.\n\n\n\n\n\nTechnical skills. \n\n\nExcel pro with the superpower to develop insightful financial models and quantitative analysis, paired with strong critical thinking and sound business judgment.\n\nComfortable building new processes in an enterprise financial planning system (Adaptive). \n\nFamiliar with human capital management software.\n\nTableau or other BI tools.\n\n\n\n\n\nDiscipline & Attitude.\n\n\nSharp attention to detail with a natural feel for numbers and data, and have a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.\n\nImpressive time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks with multiple stakeholders while hitting deadlines on time sensitive projects.\n\nWhen things break, get your hands dirty and troubleshoot issues that arise\n\n\n\n\n\nLocation. This role is remote eligible.\n\n\n\n\nOur cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $100,000 - $123,000/year in Denver & most remote locations, and $121,000 - $149,000/year for San Francisco & New York.
