Parseur is hiring a

Remote Excellent Frontend Developer

Position: Lead Frontend Developer

Location: Fully remote, within GMT (London) up to GMT+8 (Singapore) time zones

Schedule: Full-time

Salary: Daily rate ranging $300 - $500 / day, depending on experience and qualifications

Contract Type: Independent contractor (you must be able to invoice Parseur)

Vacation: 20 to 40 leave days per year (unpaid)

What You’ll Do

You'll replace our co-founder as Lead Frontend Developer.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and evolving both the Parseur web app (React SPA) and our marketing site (custom static site), ensuring world-class user experience and design consistency.

App (React SPA) development

  • Implement new features, design, improve UX/UI, and fix bugs
  • Collaborate with the backend team on API integrations
  • Maintain code quality, performance, and test coverage
  • Note: This is a 10-year-old React app that still uses some “vintage” libraries like Redux, Redux-Form, and React 16. You should be comfortable working with these older technologies at first. Over time, you’ll help modernize the codebase, carefully and pragmatically, keeping things simple and avoiding unnecessary new dependencies.

Marketing static site development

  • Develop and maintain the marketing static site and landing pages in collaboration with product and content teams
  • Design high-converting, mobile-responsive pages
  • Optimize for Technical SEO, GEO and Conversion

Additional technical contributions

  • Handle Level 3 support: investigate technical issues reported by Customer Success, collaborate with backend team on fixes
  • Maintain and enhance public technical documentation (e.g., API references, developer guides)
  • Take part in the on-call roster (roughly one week per month, and yes, you’ll get paid extra for it)
  • Optionally act as a backup for the backend dev (depending on your profile)

About You

This role comes with a lot of autonomy and responsibilities. We’re looking for senior developer with high agency (self-starter, curious and autonomous).

Mandatory

  • 5+ years of experience (or equivalent skills) with JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Node.js, and REST APIs
  • Demonstrable experience designing landing/product pages that convert
  • Proven experience creating responsive, mobile-first web designs
  • Excellent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communicator and team player

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (React Testing Library, jsdom, Playwright)
  • Knowledge of CRO principles, SEO and GEO
  • Experience with i18n and localization
  • Some exposure to Python/Django backend
  • Experience with async and remote collaboration

Nice to Have

  • Visual design or animation skills (CSS animations, Canva, Photopea, etc.)
  • Experience with serverless architectures (we use Cloudflare Workers)
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate)

Why Join Us?

  • Impact: You’ll be joining a small, senior team where your work directly shapes the user experience for thousands of businesses.
  • Autonomy: You’ll take full ownership of the user-facing experience across Parseur’s app and website.
  • Flexibility: Work remotely in autonomy with few meetings (1-2 per week).
  • Growth & Rewards: We value and reward loyalty. Long-term collaborators are recognized for their impact through yearly rate raises and profit-sharing.
  • Adventure: We host an annual one-week team retreat somewhere in the world for brainstorming, building, and bonding.

How We Work?

We’re a remote-first company that values asynchronous communication and deep work. We collaborate using Slack and Notion, and keep meetings to a minimum, usually on Mondays.

We like to keep things simple. Your success won’t be measured by how much code you write, but by how elegantly you can solve problems. The best solution is often the simplest one, fewer lines of code, fewer moving parts, fewer dependencies, and easier maintenance. You’ll earn praise for removing unnecessary complexity from our codebase, and removing dependencies from our package.json, not adding to it.

About Parseur

Parseur is an industry-leading AI document processing platform that helps businesses automate data extraction from emails, PDFs, and other documents.

Our mission is simple: eliminate manual data entry and empower businesses with automation. We’ve been around for around 10 years and profitable since 2017, proudly bootstrapped and independent. Without external investors, we only answer to our customers to drive our growth.

We’re a fully remote, async-first team of 5 spread across 5 countries in 4 continents, spanning 12 time zones. We think long-term and work at a rapid, but sustainable pace (it’s a marathon, not a sprint). We value autonomy and efficiency.

We’re an automation company. If an internal task is repetitive, we automate it!

How do you apply?

The successful candidate will go through a simple 5-steps process:

Step 1: Send your application to jobs@in.parseur.com and include:

  1. Your LinkedIn profile or resume
  2. Link to a 1-minute video of you telling us why you’d be a great fit
  3. Links to landing pages you’re proud of
  4. Links to React apps or projects you’re proud of
  5. Confirmation that you are able to invoice Parseur as an independent contractor

Step 2: Interview with Cofounders (Sylvain and Sylvestre).

Step 3: Technical interview with backend team.

Step 4: Receive an offer.

Step 5: Onboarding and training.

Tips for your application

  • Make sure the sound quality on your video is decent, and you are speaking clearly.
  • Be as specific as possible.
  • Ideally, if you have a measured result of something you did that helped a business in any way, include that number.
    • For example: I redesigned the onboarding workflow for this specific web site, which increased the customer conversion rate from free to paying, by 35%.
    • Another example: I improved the performance of this specific app by 140%, which increased customer satisfaction by 25% in a survey.
  • Example of what to do: I worked for Company A on features B, C and D. This improved the company so that they could do X that lead to positive result Y (+ZZ% of Good Thing). That shows that I can use or learn or leverage Technology E to achieve tangible positive outcomes.
  • Counter-example of what NOT to do: Hello, I am an experienced front-end developer. I am great at Tech A, Tech B, ..., Tech Z. I am passionate. Thank you. Bye.

PostHog is hiring a

Remote Product Engineer

About PostHog

We're shipping every product that companies need to run their business from their first day, to the day they IPO, and beyond. The operating system for folks who build software.

We started with open-source product analytics, launched out of Y Combinator's W20 cohort. We've since shipped more than a dozen products, including:

  • A built-in data warehouse, so users can query product and customer data together using custom SQL insights.

  • A customer data platform, so they can send their data wherever they need with ease.

  • PostHog AI, an AI-powered analyst that answers product questions, helps users find useful session recordings, and writes custom SQL queries.

Next on the roadmap are CRM, messaging, revenue analytics, and support products. When we say every product that companies need to run their business, we really mean it!

We are:

  1. Product-led. More than 100,000 companies have installed PostHog, mostly driven by word-of-mouth. We have intensely strong product-market fit.

  2. Default alive. Revenue is growing 10% MoM on average, and we're very efficient. We raise money to push ambition and grow faster, not to keep the lights on.

  3. Well-funded. We've raised more than $100m from some of the world's top investors. We're set up for a long, ambitious journey.

We're focused on building an awesome product for end users, hiring exceptional teammates, shipping fast, and being as weird as possible.

Things we care about

  • Transparency: Everyone can read about our roadmap, how we pay (or even let go of) people, our strategy, and how we work, in our public company handbook. Internally, we share revenue, notes and slides from board meetings, and fundraising plans, so everyone has the context they need to make good decisions.

  • Autonomy: We don’t tell anyone what to do. Everyone chooses what to work on next based on what's going to have the biggest impact on our customers, and what they find interesting and motivating to work on. Engineers lead product teams and make product decisions. Teams are flexible and easy to change when needed.

  • Shipping fast: Why not now? We want to build a lot of products; we can't do that shipping at a normal pace. We've built the company around small teams – autonomous, highly-efficient groups of cracked engineers who can outship much larger companies because they own their products end-to-end.

  • Time for building: Nothing gets shipped in a meeting. We're a natively remote company. We default to async communication – PRs > Issues > Slack. Tuesdays and Thursdays are meeting-free days, and we prioritize heads down building time over perfect coordination. This will be the most productive job you've ever had.

  • Ambition: We want to solve big problems. We strongly believe that aiming for the best possible upside, and sometimes missing, is better than never trying. We're optimistic about what's possible and our ability to get there.

  • Being weird: Weird means redesigning an already world-class website for the 5th time. It means shipping literally every product that relates to customer data. It means building an objectively unnecessary developer toy with dubious shareholder value. Doing weird stuff is a competitive advantage. And it's fun.

Who we're looking for

We're hiring for a range of roles here. What you end up working on will depend on your exact skillset and preferences, so choose your own adventure.

In general we seek Product Engineers who are:

  • Enthusiastic drivers. We need proactive people that can fully own projects and get them done, and know to get help when needed. This is what being a product engineer is all about. "Are we there yet?" is the wrong question.

  • Optimistic problem solvers. Things get hard here sometimes – whether it's scaling, shipping complex products, handling a stream of support requests, or trying to ship something that touches multiple teams. We need people who won't get disheartened, and will collaborate, iterate, and ship their way out of anything.

  • Grown ups. We’re an international bunch of weirdos, but one thing unites us: everyone is kind, considerate, and professional towards each other. This isn't about age or experience, it's about being low-ego, flexible, and respectful.

  • Genuine builders. PostHog is full of people who just love building stuff, people who would still be building software even if there wasn't a paycheck at the end. If this sounds like you, we should talk.

Right now, we are also looking for:

  • IAM specialist: You’ll design and ship core features like SAML support, new identity providers, and even our own IAM system. Start with internal tooling, then roll them out to customers. Tell us how you’d make these systems so solid that other teams can build on them without hesitation.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning products and features from beginning to end. This means originating ideas based on your intuition, talking to users, and understanding our strategy and goals. It means testing MVPs in production with real users. It means iterating on their feedback, owning pricing, and ensuring the ongoing success of your work.

  • Collaborating with design (when necessary). Product engineers at PostHog are full stack, so we expect you to ship and own the basic UX of your work using our design system. From there, it's up to you to decide when to collaborate with our design team to iterate and polish the experience.

  • Talking to users. Good product engineers read feedback from users and iterate quickly. Great product engineers have users they're friendly with, talk with them frequently, bounce ideas off them, and iterate with them when they ship new things.

  • Doing support. Every week, one person in each engineering team is designated the Support hero. Their job is to investigate and resolve issues reported by customers for their product. Giving users support from real engineers, and shipping fixes and improvements in real-time, is one of the best ways to spark joy in users. This role will also include some on-call time, too.

  • Writing docs. We have a content team that will collaborate with you on reviewing, polishing, and improving your documentation, but the best person to document a new feature is the person who built it.

Requirements

  • Full-stack experience with relevant technologies – e.g. Python or similar, React or similar, something to do with big data is a bonus.

  • Experience taking a project from 0 to 1. You might have led a project, been a founder previously, or built an impressive side project.

  • Strong writing skills. We document everything, most of it publicly. The ability to communicate your ideas and make persuasive arguments is essential.

Nice to have

  • Have worked at a high-growth SaaS company before.

  • Extensive knowledge of Django and/or TypeScript-based React.

  • Experience building AI-native products, or integrating AI into existing software.

If you have a disability, please let us know if there's any way we can make the interview process better for you - we're happy to accommodate!

Please mention the word ENTICE when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMjE2LjczLjIxNi4xMjI=). This is a feature to avoid fake spam applicants. Companies can search these words to find applicants that read this and instantly see they're human.

About OctoHorizon

OctoHorizon is an independent high-frequency trading (HFT) firm focused on developing advanced algorithmic strategies for digital asset markets. Our approach combines rigorous quantitative research with low-latency engineering to identify and capture short-lived market inefficiencies.

We are a globally distributed, fully remote team built on principles of autonomy, technical excellence, and continuous iteration. Engineers at OctoHorizon work at the intersection of performance, infrastructure, and algorithmic trading — with direct and measurable impact on production systems and trading results.

Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional C++ Software Engineer to design and implement high-performance systems that underpin our trading infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing real-time systems that handle market data, order execution, and strategy deployment with minimal latency and maximum reliability.

This is a hands-on engineering role with end-to-end ownership of critical components in a live trading environment. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern C++ and a strong understanding of system-level performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency trading systems in C++.

  • Implement core infrastructure for market data ingestion, order routing, risk checks, and strategy execution.

  • Profile, benchmark, and optimize code to meet stringent latency and throughput requirements.

  • Collaborate with quantitative researchers and infrastructure engineers to support deployment of real-time strategies.

  • Build robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of operating reliably under varying market conditions.

  • Maintain clean, well-tested code and contribute to architectural decisions across the stack.

  • Take full ownership of components from design through production support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on performance-critical systems.

  • Expert-level proficiency in modern C++ (C++17 or newer), including templates, memory management, and concurrency.

  • Strong understanding of systems programming concepts (CPU architecture, networking, threading, I/O, etc.).

  • Experience with Linux systems development, including debugging and performance tuning tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in production environments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in high-frequency trading, low-latency systems, or real-time financial infrastructure.

  • Experience implementing market data handlers, matching engines, or order gateways.

  • Familiarity with exchange protocols (FIX, WebSocket, REST) and crypto-native APIs.

  • Background in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related technical field.

  • Experience with performance benchmarking and micro-optimization at the hardware level (e.g., cache-aware design, CPU pinning, instruction pipelining).

What We Offer

  • Fully remote role – work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

  • High-impact engineering – direct influence on production trading and strategy performance.

  • Flat team structure – rapid decision-making, no bureaucracy.

  • Access to cutting-edge infrastructure – hardware, datasets, and profiling tools.

  • Competitive compensation – including base salary and performance-based bonuses.

  • Engineering autonomy – full ownership of systems and architectural direction.

Remote SaaS Growth Marketer

Title: Growth Marketing Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Remote
OTE: $6,000–$12,000/month (salary + performance bonuses)

Who We Are

Land Insights is one of the fastest-growing proptech platforms in the land investing and real estate development space. Launched in 2023, we disrupted an industry that had been operating in the dark ages
replacing spreadsheets, manual research, and guesswork with a true end-to-end data and AI solution for land investors.

From choosing profitable markets, to analyzing parcels, to sourcing leads, to comping deals, to selling properties faster, Land Insights automates what used to take teams hours or even days. We’ve modernized one of the most archaic niches in real estate.

Since launch, we’ve maintained triple-digit year-over-year growth and have quickly become the operating system for hundreds of investors across the U.S. And we’re just getting started.

Now, for the first time ever, we’re hiring a full-time Demand Gen / Growth Marketer to help bring Land Insights to the masses, scale our paid acquisition channels, and accelerate our next phase of hyper-growth.

Reflective is hiring a

Remote External Affairs Lead

Sunlight reflection may be the only available option, alongside dramatic emissions reductions, adaptation, and rapid scaling of carbon removal, to rapidly limit many climate impacts over the coming decades. But we don’t know nearly enough about it to make a scientifically-informed decision about potential deployment – and we’re not on a trajectory for rapid, legitimate decision making.\n\nReflective is a philanthropically-funded initiative to develop the necessary knowledge base and do the requisite technology research and development, urgently and responsibly.\n\nWhat you'll do\nAs Reflective’s External Affairs Lead, you’ll own the organization’s relationships and strategy at the intersection of science, policy, and public legitimacy. Your job is to build the trust, partnerships, and political and institutional foundations required for empirical research into SAI/SRM to proceed responsibly, and in a timely manner.\n\nYou’ll translate between our scientific and engineering teams, government partners, and external communities and institutions to ensure research proceeds transparently, and in the public interest. You’ll also shape the environment in which Reflective operates: building coalitions, managing external affairs partners, and coordinating communications and engagement priorities.\n\nThis is a senior, high-judgment role. You should be equally comfortable briefing a government minister, coordinating a community stakeholder workshop, or editing a sensitive press release. You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with the Heads of Research, Engineering, and Data, as well as external consultants and field partners. You will be expected to work independently at times, making important decisions and representing the organization and research community without much direct guidance.\n\nResponsibilities\n- Identify and create opportunities to cultivate a core network of institutional allies—scientific, policy, and philanthropic—who can publicly and privately support responsible research.\n- Develop processes to track and report on external engagement to Reflective leadership and the wider community.\n- Coordinate with legal, governance, and field partners to map out permitting and policy pathways for a potential controlled, small-scale, outdoor experiment. Build relationships with relevant agencies. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n $80,000 — $120,000/year\n \n\n#Location\nSan Francisco

We're seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining both frontend and backend systems that power our core products. This role requires someone who can work independently, take ownership of features from conception to deployment, and contribute to technical decision-making across the stack.

About MemberUp

We’re not your average startup. MemberUp is fully powered by the businesses we’ve already built - companies generating over $10M+ a year and still growing. Those businesses don’t just fund MemberUp, they consistently bring in a steady stream of new customers who use our platform every day.

Because of that, we’re not chasing VC money or building for investor approval. We’re free to focus on what matters: creating a platform that creators actually love using.

If you want to join a small, sharp team that moves fast, avoids the VC drama, and builds tools that are already in demand, MemberUp is where you’ll want to be.
