About The Opportunity
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). The Principal Service Consultant works closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. About the role
Reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and delivering data driven one-to-one lifecycle journeys and member experiences (both BAU and project based) that will help inform, educate, engage, and retain members with HCF.

Ensure marketing excellence in developing and managing all activity within agreed timelines and budgets, and with correct QA and review processes applied
Budget management, including identifying and implementing opportunities to optimise or reduce the cost of allocated activity.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications
8-10 yearsโ experience in a data driven marketing role in medium to large organisations - business and/or government and /or not-for-profit sector.
Strong grasp of current lifecycle marketing strategies and in designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Proven track record of delivering against key metrics and in developing test and learn frameworks, across multiple channels, especially email, direct mail and SMS
Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines, work under pressure and maintain professionalism

You will also be responsible to:\n\n\n* \n\nBe our customerโs most trusted advisors by realizing Workatoโs Embedded Platform value propositions and platform capabilities to achieve their business outcomes.\n\n\n* \n\nOwn the technical diagnosis, prescription, and validation phases of the sales cycle and provide a consultative approach in advising customers.\n\n\n* \n\nEffectively team with AEs, Solution Architects, and other functions of the Embedded Platform Team to evangelize our platform, approach, and architecture tailored to the customerโs business and drive the technical sales stages to completion.\n\n\n* \n\nArticulate and educate on business, technical and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences, including product managers, developers, architects, and members of customer success and professional services teams.\n\n\n* \n\nCreate and deliver custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle. This may include solving for unique customer UI/UX journeys through the use of the Embedded Platform iframes and APIs.\n\n\n* \n\nSuccessfully manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote.\n\n\n* \n\nAssist in responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.\n\n\n* \n\nCollect feedback from the field, synthesize, analyze and channel to Product Management and Engineering for product roadmap.\n\n\n* \n\nImprove internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to Workatoโs knowledge base.\n\n\n\n\nRequirements\nQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills\n\n\n\n\nBackground in information systems, computing, engineering or equivalent industry experience preferred.\n\n\n\n\nTechnical background or a good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration space.\n\n\n\n\n0-3 years of hands-on experience in Solutions and Implementation Consulting across multiple industries.\n\n\n\n\nExperience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, APIs, and Databases is a plus.\n\n\n\n\nKnowledge of integration and knowledge of Ruby programming is a plus.\n\n\n\n\nKnowledge of front-end development, HTML (particularly iframes), and/or CSS is a plus. \n\n\n\n\n\nSoft Skills / Personal Characteristics\n\n\n\n\nAbility to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems.\n\n\n\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.\n\n\n\n\nExcellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business audiences.\n\n\n\n\nA passion for technology and translating that passion into business impact for customers.\n\n\n\n\nExcellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills in front of all audiences.\n\n\n\n\nAbility to travel as needed and to work flexible hours throughout the sales territory.\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
