As part of the UX & Product Design team, you will help define the future of communication applications & services.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a UX Researcher, you will maintain a workload of UX research projects. In this capacity, you will plan, execute, and analyze a variety of qualitative and quantitative user research projects. The UX research team strives to execute effective, actionable user research projects across the research, design, and development lifecycles. A typical project might include running remote moderated or unmoderated qualitative and quantitative research studies, synthesizing results, and presenting findings for your research projects. \n\nThe right candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, blending research operations and independent research workloads, balancing competing priorities, forming connections with a variety of stakeholders, and managing multiple projects. \n\nAbout You\nAs our ideal candidate, you will have deep empathy for users with a relentless determination to do what is right for them. You are driven to uncover and understand user motivations, behaviors, and challenges. You have excellent observational and analytical skills and can draw on a large toolkit of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.\n\nYou will have had success collaborating with cross functional teams evangelizing research findings to make insights actionable to drive product strategy and design for both new and existing products. You are process oriented and enthusiastic about growing, refining, and executing effective operations.
