\nThe Service Operations Specialist will report to the VP of Engineering (Heartland) to help support the Services and Project Management leadership teams with pre-sales tracking and services delivery tasks.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Assist VP of Engineering in monitoring services related reporting including:\n\n\n* Services pipeline\n\n* WIP (Work in Progress) reporting\n\n* Proposal status and timelines for execution and delivery\n\n\n\n\n\n* Responsible for working with internal Vendor Relations Management (VRM) team to help manage certifications\n\n* Responsible for proposal creation and workflow (i.e. Statements of Work, Change Orders, Vendor Delivered Services, Sub-Contractor Services, etc)\n\n\n* Input accurate data into COGS / SalesForce/JIRA\n\n* Submit proposal requests to the Proposal Support Group (PSG)\n\n* Work with the relevant teams to ensure accuracy of the SOW\n\n* Work with the Account teams to properly forecast projects\n\n\n\n\n\n* Responsible for working with internal teams to address Invoicing / Accounting Issues\n\n* Document the full lifecycle of the services process and maintain updates, as needed\nEnsure a strong internal customer experience by maintaining a high level of communication and professionalism to the team: sales, delivery personnel, PMO, PSG, and GuidePoint Security stakeholders\n\n* Manage staff augmentation process\n\n\n* Scoping/Gathering information for client needs/requirements\n\n* Managing the interview process with internal and client resources\n\n* Working with internal teams to onboard resources\n\n* Provide oversight on projects\n\n* Any additional tasks associated with the lifecycle of subcontractors \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nExperience Requirements:\n\n\n* At least 5 years IT, security or business-related experience\n\n* Experience in services delivery or project management\n\n* Security certification or project management a plus\n\n* Experience with cybersecurity technologies is a plus\n\n* Bachelorโs degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience\n\n* Strong organizational skills\n\n* Ability to multi-task effectively\n\n* Comfortable working in an independent, fast paced environment\n\n* Effective communication skills (written and verbal)\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
