Remote Senior Staff Engineer Infrastructure

In this role, you will own the technical architecture and implementation of our cloud-native, and highly scalable RAG applications. You will design and manage the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational procedures for delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML products. \n \nWe’re looking for someone who will drive DevOps best practices and work with engineering teams to implement them effectively. You will own the platform's reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across multiple cloud environments and on-premises deployments. If you are looking for an opportunity to architect and drive modern DevOps practices for cutting-edge AI/ML products in industry, we would love to hear from you! \n\n\n\nIn This Role, You Will:\n* Design and implement cloud-native architectures for AI/ML applications using Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, AKS) \n* Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern GitOps practices with tools like FluxCD and BitBucket \n* Design and implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and other monitoring tools \n* Implement operational best practices for scaling RDBMS, OpenSearch, and Minio \n* Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform \n* Implement container orchestration strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm \n* Design and implement multi-cloud deployment strategies \n* Establish SLOs/SLIs and implement SRE best practices \n* Automate operational tasks and create self-healing systems \n* Mentor team members on DevOps best practices \n* Collaborate with ML engineers to optimize model deployment and serving infrastructure \n* Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in the DevOps/MLOps space \n\n\n\nWhat You'll Need to Be Successful:\n* 7+ years of experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering \n* Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Helm and container orchestration \n* Strong experience with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure) \n* Experience managing databases like Yugabyte, OpenSearch and Minio \n* Experience with CI/CD tools and GitOps practices \n* Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar programming languages \n* Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) \n* Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements \n* Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management \n* BS degree in Computer Science or related field \n* Excellent communication and collaboration skills \n* Strong problem-solving abilities and systematic thinking \n* Experience working in an Agile environment \n\n\n\n\n\n$180,000 - $215,000 a year\n\nBenefits for Full Time Employees: \n- Remote first organization\n- 100% Company paid Health/Dental/Vision benefits for you and your dependents\n- Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability\n- 401k\n- Unlimited PTO\n\n\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is authorized to work in the United States.
