From tools that make it easier for clients to start their case, using AI to process documents intelligently, bringing transparency to our clients in an opaque industry, we do it all.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Architect & implement security framework for org wide defaults, sharing rules, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, etc based on best practices.\n\n* Utilize Shield for encryption and monitoring of user activity in system.\n\n* Manage and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, data management, and system customization.\n\n* Partner with product and IT security teams to execute on security roadmap.\n\n* Partner with Engineering team to build any custom apex sharing into system.\n\n* Design and implement data archival strategies.\n\n* Implement automation in Salesforce using Flows.\n\n* Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures.\n\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.\n\n* Provide training and support for users on Salesforce platform and automation processes.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Security Administrator or 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.\n\n* Proficiency with Salesforce Shield for event monitoring and encryption.\n\n* Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and ability to implement them.\n\n* Subject Matter Expert for security related architecture based on requirements & policies set by CISO.\n\n* Experience with Salesforce automation, including flows and other automation tools.\n\n* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\n* Salesforce certification(s) such as Identity & Access Management Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, Data Architect.\n\n\n\n\nThis is a fully remote opportunity.\n\n#LI-MC1 \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
