POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer with experience in Angular, React, and Azure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and highfunctioningweb applications. Your primary focus will be developing user-facing web applications and components. You will work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to create a seamless user experience. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is essential.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Frontend Application Development:
Develop new user-facing features using Angular and React.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Code Management and Review:
Write clean, maintainable, secure, and testable code
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and shared knowledge
Collaborate with other developers to design and implement effective solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in frontend development with a strong portfolio of web applications
Proficiency in Angular and React frameworks
Experience with Azure cloud services
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and js (node/typscript/other)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT)
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Experience with build tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills
Location: Remote or Hybrid/Local to the Greater Toronto Area
